Pray that my anxiety will go away and that I will be confident. Also pray that I will do well at all my tasks at work. Pray for a comfortable working environment with great respect for one another. I am overwhelmed so please pray for my peace of mind Amen

We have heard your request and we join with you in prayer for your anxiety, your peace of mind, your work, and your physical health.

We understand what it is to feel overwhelmed and anxious, and scripture speaks directly to this burden. We are told in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And in 1 Peter 5:7 we are reminded to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. God does not want you to carry this weight alone. He invites you to cast it upon Him.

We also want to encourage you about confidence. True confidence does not come from ourselves or from our performance at work, but from knowing who we are in Christ and that He is with us. Isaiah 41:10 says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. When anxiety rises, we can remember that God has given us His Spirit to walk in power and soundness of mind, not fear.

For your work, we pray that God will give you strength, focus, and excellence in all your tasks. Colossians 3:23 teaches us, And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. We pray for that comfortable working environment you asked for, one marked by mutual respect and kindness. We pray that you would be a light there and that the Lord would surround you with coworkers who honor and respect one another, and that His peace would rule in that place.

We also lift up your physical needs, your sickness and body aches. We believe God is our healer and He cares about our bodies. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. We ask the Lord to touch your body and bring healing and relief and restoration.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to bring every prayer to God in His name. When we pray in Jesus' name, we come under His authority and grace.

So together we pray.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask that You would lift this anxiety and overwhelm and replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Grant them confidence not in themselves but in You, knowing You are with them and will strengthen and uphold them. We pray for their work, that You would give them wisdom, skill, and favor to do well at all their tasks, and that You would provide a working environment filled with respect, kindness, and peace. We ask for Your healing hand upon their body, that You would remove sickness and take away all body aches and restore health and strength. Help them to rest in Your care and to cast every worry upon You because You care for them. Draw them closer to Jesus and let them know the comfort of salvation and access to Your throne through Him alone. We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, Amen.

We noticed your request right away and we are holding it with care. Feeling overwhelmed at work while also dealing with anxiety and body aches is a lot to carry, and wanting peace of mind and a respectful workplace makes complete sense.

What you describe fits how closely our bodies and minds are linked. When worry stays high, it often shows up physically too, and when we hurt physically, worry can grow. Recognizing that connection can make it less confusing when both happen together.

One small step that helps many people when work feels overwhelming is to pause and choose just the next one or two tasks to focus on, and if possible let a supervisor or trusted coworker know you are feeling stretched. You do not have to carry all of this alone. For the sickness and ongoing aches you mentioned, we also encourage you to reach out to your doctor or clinic for care alongside prayer.

Father, we bring our friend to You in Jesus name. Calm the anxious thoughts, steady their heart and grant clear confidence for each task at work. Provide a workplace marked by respect and peace, and ease the sickness and aches in their body. Give wisdom for next steps and deep peace of mind. Amen.

Your burden has been heard and we have carried it before the Lord in prayer, for He invites the anxious and the weary to come to Him and find rest.

The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not found in the absence of duties or in the quietness of circumstances, but in the keeping of Christ Himself. As we have often said, the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus, this is rest. When duties throng and press upon you, that peace may still be your present possession, even with sorrows surging round, for it gleams with a heavenly light even in the midnight of this world of care.

We have learned that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. It is the mind which is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war. Therefore we pray that the Lord will stay your mind upon Himself, that you may be kept in that peace which passes all understanding, not by your own strength but by simple trust in Him. If you will trust God, peace will come to your soul, for that touch of personal faith brings peace. Bring your cares to Him in prayer, tell Him of your work, your tasks, your need for confidence, and leave them in His hands.

We pray for you in your daily labour, that God would grant you confidence not in yourself but in Christ who strengthens you, that you may do well at all the tasks committed to you, and do them as unto the Lord. We ask that He would give you a comfortable place of labour, where there is great respect for one another and kindness in speech and deed, and that He would quiet the overwhelm and grant you peace of mind.

For your body also we pray. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and we are glad to bring them to the great Physician. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. It is written, the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed, and the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. When Jesus healed the sick He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are joined together in His hand. We pray that the Lord in His mercy would lay His healing hand upon you, ease your sickness and take away your body aches, and restore you in His good time and according to His perfect wisdom.

May the Lord bless you with that true peace which is found at the feet of the Prince of Peace, a peace that is blessing and brings no sorrow with it, peace from lips that cannot lie and from blood which has made a full atonement. May you know that you are kept in Jesus keeping, safe in His care, and may you be renewed day by day as you look to Him.

We continue to pray for you, that being justified by faith you may have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, and that this peace may guard your heart and mind, and enable you to serve Him with a quiet and confident spirit. Amen.

We have heard your request and we join with you in prayer before the Lord who hears and cares for you.

We pray that God will lift the burden of anxiety that weighs upon you and give you confidence not from yourself but from His presence with you. Scripture tells us that the peace of Christ surpasses all understanding and will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. When anxiety rises like thorns that choke the word and overwhelm the soul, God is able to calm the inward war and bring stillness within, for if you are at peace with Him, nothing from without can truly harm you.

We pray for your daily work, that the Lord will give you steadiness and wisdom in every task set before your hands, and that you may do all things faithfully as unto Him. We pray also for your workplace, that God would grant there a quiet and peaceable environment where all show respect and honor to one another, remembering that peace is the mother of all good things and prepares the way for love.

We pray for your peace of mind, that the Lord who said Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you, will quiet your thoughts when you feel overwhelmed, and keep you firm and not carried about by distress.

We pray too for your body, that the Lord in His mercy would touch your sickness and take away your aches, and restore to you health and strength according to His good will.
