Also pray for my sickness and aches to go away Amen

We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord, for we hear how overwhelmed you are feeling and how deeply you desire His peace, confidence, and healing in your life and in your workplace.

The Word tells us that anxiety is something we are to cast upon the Lord because He cares for us. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And again in 1 Peter 5:7 casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as we read in 2 Timothy 1:7, and He promises in Isaiah 41:10 Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. True confidence does not come from ourselves but from knowing that Christ is with us and strengthens us, and His peace which He gives is not as the world gives. Jesus said in John 14:27 Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful.

We also lift up your work before the Lord. We pray that He will establish the work of your hands and give you wisdom, diligence, and clarity in every task. We remember Proverbs 16:3 Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed and Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. We ask God to provide a comfortable and respectful working environment for you and for all those around you, where each person honors one another. We pray for mutual respect, kindness, and understanding to abound, and that you would be a light there, showing the grace and patience of Christ even under pressure.

We bring your body before our Great Physician as well, asking for His healing touch upon your sickness and aches. We cling to the promise in Psalm 103:2-3 Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases and we trust that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up as written in James 5:15. We ask God to restore your strength, ease your pain, and grant you restful sleep and renewed health, and we encourage you also to seek wise medical care as the Lord may lead, trusting that all healing ultimately comes from His hand.

We noticed your prayer closed with Amen but did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and can come boldly before God in prayer. We encourage you to place your full trust in Him for salvation and for every need.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is overwhelmed and anxious. We ask You to remove anxiety and fill this heart with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Grant confidence that is rooted in Christ, not in circumstances, and help every task at work to be done well for Your glory. Provide a workplace filled with respect, kindness, and comfort, and let Your peace guard this mind and heart. Touch this body, Lord, and take away sickness and every ache, and restore health and strength according to Your will. Help this dear one to rest in You, to cast every care on You, and to know that You are near and You care deeply. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior. Amen.

We are so glad you reached out and shared what you are carrying. Feeling overwhelmed at work while also dealing with anxiety and physical aches is a lot to hold, and we want you to know we are praying with you for peace and strength each day.

It makes sense that when pressure builds at work, confidence can feel shaky and even our bodies feel the strain. You asked for confidence, peace of mind, and a respectful, comfortable workplace, and those are good and legitimate prayers. We are asking God to give you clarity for each task and calm in the moments that feel most heavy.

One gentle next step that often helps when everything feels overwhelming is to name what is most pressing with someone you trust, whether a supervisor, a pastor or a counselor, so you are not carrying it alone. And since you mentioned ongoing sickness and aches, we encourage you to let a medical professional know as well, alongside prayer, so you can get care and support.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. You see the anxiety, the overwhelm at work, and the physical pain. Grant peace of mind, steady confidence, and grace for each task today. Provide a work environment marked by respect and kindness, and bring healing and comfort to their body according to Your will. Help them feel Your nearness and guidance in every step. Amen.

We have brought your burden before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in prayer to our gracious God and Father.

You speak of anxiety and of being overwhelmed, and of longing for confidence and peace of mind. The Scripture declares, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not found in our own strength or in the quieting of all our circumstances, but in staying the mind upon Christ and trusting Him. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even in this dark world of care and when thronging duties press upon us. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. We have learned that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty, for it is the mind which is the main thing. It will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war. Therefore we pray that the Lord would turn your anxious thoughts into trustful thoughts, and give you that sweet repose in God which says, in the shadow of Your wings will I make my refuge.

We pray also for your work. May the Lord grant you steadiness and diligence in all your tasks, and give you confidence not in yourself but in Him who strengthens you. May He grant you a comfortable working environment where there is great respect for one another, where your labor may be done heartily as unto the Lord. Bear your sorrow and your daily press of duties with Him, and see what peace, what perfect peace, you will enjoy even with sorrows surging round.

And we bring before the Lord your sickness and your aches. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and urge us to seek the Physician. Hear the word of promise, that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves do not wither, and there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written, the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed. He took our sicknesses and infirmities upon Himself. This is the one great cure all. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. There is healing in that glorious contact with Christ who takes us by the hand and lifts us up.

So we pray: O Lord, look upon this dear one who is anxious and overwhelmed and in bodily affliction. Grant perfect peace to the mind that is stayed on You. Cast out fear and establish confidence in Your faithful keeping. Grant help and wisdom for every task at work, and let peace and mutual respect abound there. Lay Your healing hand upon the body, ease the aches and sickness according to Your perfect will, and let Your healing virtue flow. Above all, speak pardon and peace to the soul through the blood of Jesus, and breathe into the heart that peace with God which passes all understanding. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, the Prince of Peace and the great Physician, who alone is our salvation and our rest. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord.

We understand how heavy anxiety can feel and how being overwhelmed at work and in your body can wear down both heart and mind. Scripture teaches us to cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for you, and to make our requests known to God with thanksgiving, trusting that His peace which passes all understanding will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

There is a war that can stir within a person, when the soul is troubled by worry and fear and restless thoughts, and that inward disturbance is often more painful than any outward trouble. True peace is not only the absence of conflict around us, but the quiet and steady peace that Christ Himself gives within. He came to reconcile us to God and to give us that peace as a foundation for joy and for a life lived in godliness and honesty. We pray that He will still that inward tumult in you and grant you a calm mind and a confident heart, not confidence in your own strength, but confidence in His presence and His help.

We pray for your work, that God will give you wisdom and strength for each task before you, and that you will be able to do your work faithfully and well for His glory. We pray also for your workplace, that it would be marked by peace and by mutual respect, where each person honors the other, and where you may labor in a quiet and peaceable spirit.

We also bring your sickness and aches before the Lord, who is our healer and who knows our frame. We ask that in His mercy He would bring relief and restore health to your body, and that even as you wait, He would sustain you and give you patience and hope.

May the Lord grant you His peace, strengthen you day by day, and remind you that you are kept in His care. We continue to pray for you that you will know His comfort, His nearness, and His healing according to His good will. Amen.

Thank you for sharing what is on your heart so honestly. I have prayed for you, and I continue to hold you before the Lord, asking Him to lift this weight of anxiety and to give you His peace, confidence, strength for your work, and healing for your body.

The Scripture teaches that the mind set on the flesh brings death, but the mind set on the Spirit brings life and peace. We are made body, mind and spirit, and the mind stands in the middle. It can be occupied with the pressures and needs of the flesh, with worries about performance and what others think, or it can be occupied with the things of the Spirit. When the mind dwells on the worries of this life, anxiety grows. When it is turned toward the Lord and rests in His presence, He brings life and peace. That peace is not something you can manufacture. It is a fruit of His Spirit within you, a peace that passes all human understanding that guards the heart and mind when you trust that God is in control.

That is why peace follows grace. You cannot know real peace until you know His grace, His unmerited favor toward you in Jesus Christ. When you know that you are forgiven and accepted not because of how well you perform but because of what Christ has done, the pressure to prove yourself begins to lift. The mind of Christ is a humble mind, willing to submit to the Father and to serve rather than to strive and exalt itself. As you bring your overwhelmed thoughts to Him and say, Lord, this is in Your hands, work as You will, He gives rest to your soul. He has made peace with you through the cross, and He offers that peace as a treaty to all who come to Him. Receive it again today.

I also prayed for your work. God wants you to have wisdom from above, which is peaceable and gentle and willing to yield. That wisdom leads to peace in your own heart first, and then helps you make peace with others. Ask the Lord to help you sow peace in your workplace in small, faithful ways, speaking and acting with kindness and respect, and trusting that those who sow in peace will reap a harvest of righteousness. May He give you clarity and focus for each task, and may He help create an environment where respect is mutual. True confidence does not come from trying harder in your own strength, but from knowing the Lord is with you and will uphold you with His right hand.

For your sickness and aches, please know the Lord cares for your body as well as your soul. There is a real connection between the health of the inner person and the health of the body, as the proverb says, a merry heart does good like medicine. God heals in many ways. Sometimes His healing is immediate, sometimes it is gradual through the natural processes He Himself created in the body, and sometimes it is a deep healing of the mind and emotions that then brings strength to the body. All healing is from Him. I have asked Him to touch you, to ease your pain, to restore strength, and to give wisdom for care for your body while you continue to feed your spiritual life each day, not only caring for physical needs but also nourishing your spirit through His Word and prayer.

May the Lord bless you now as you look to Him.

Father, I bring this dear one to You in the name of Jesus. You see the anxiety and the feeling of being overwhelmed. I ask that You would fix their mind on Your Spirit and fill them with Your life and peace. Let Your grace quiet their heart and give them confidence not in themselves but in Your faithful presence. Give them peace that guards heart and mind, rest for their soul, and wisdom for every task at work. Make them a sower of peace where they labor, and let respect and kindness grow there. Touch their body, Lord, ease their sickness and aches, and bring healing according to Your perfect will, whether through Your direct touch or through the healing processes You have placed within us. Uphold them, keep them in Your mercy, and let Your joy be their strength. Amen.
