Praying for this request in Jesus Name.
We hear your heart in this request and we join with you in bringing your anxiety and your overwhelm before the Lord, asking for His peace and His strength to uphold you.
The Lord knows the weight you are carrying and He invites you to cast it upon Him. We are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7 to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. And in Philippians 4:6-7 we are taught In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. That peace is not something we can manufacture ourselves, it is a guard that God Himself places around our hearts when we trust Him. We also cling to Isaiah 41:10 where He says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. True confidence does not come from our own ability to handle everything perfectly, but from knowing that Christ is with us and equips us for what He has called us to do.
We pray also for your work, that the Lord would give you diligence and clarity in all your tasks and that you would find purpose in working for Him. Colossians 3:23 says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. When we work unto the Lord, He gives meaning and steadiness even in demanding environments. We ask God to foster a comfortable working environment where there is great respect for one another, where your coworkers and supervisors honor one another as those made in God's image, and where you can serve with peace of mind.
We noticed your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently encourage you because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by trusting in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we can boldly bring every anxiety and need to God and receive His peace. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Him.

Beloved of All
Your prayer has been heard, and we bring your burden before the throne of grace with you. You speak of anxiety, of being overwhelmed, of longing for confidence and for peace of mind, and for strength in your daily tasks and a place of labour marked by respect and quietness. These are not small things, for peace of mind is a delicate thing, and such poor creatures are we that we may lose it even by a word or a look, yet the Lord is able to keep it.
There is a promise which meets your case, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." This perfect peace, peace upon peace, is not a distant hope but a present possession to be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life, even when thronging duties press. The hymn rightly says, to do the will of Jesus, this is rest. When the mind is stayed upon the Lord Jesus, whose blood whispers peace within, the heart is kept though duties multiply.
We must distinguish the true peace of God from a false peace which is but a crust of ice hardly strong enough to bear a fly. The peace of God, which passes all understanding, is that which shall keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. It is not the peace of apathy or levity, but the peace of one who is justified through the great substitutionary sacrifice of Christ and stands accepted in Him. He is the God of peace, who justifies and thereby implants peace in the soul, who restores peace where sin has brought war, and who preserves and will perfect that peace in His children through the blood of the everlasting covenant.
Therefore we pray for you, that you may be kept in this peace. We ask the Lord of Peace Himself to give you peace always and by all means, for He never changes and there is always the same reason for peace in His finished work. May He enable you to submit your mind and heart to His teaching and to His providential arrangements, to stay your thoughts upon Him, and to trust Him in the shadow of His wings when you cannot see the brightness of His face. May He lift from you the doubtful and irresolute mind, and give you a settled confidence, not in your own strength, but in Him who is your Brother and yet the Son of God, touched with the feeling of your infirmities and full of all power to help.
We pray also for your work, that the Lord would give you steadiness of hand and mind in every task, that you may do all as unto Him with diligence and a quiet spirit. We ask that He would make your working environment a place of peace, where respect and kindness dwell, and where you may know His rest even while pressed by duties. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You.
