We join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord and we understand how heavy anxiety and feeling overwhelmed at work can be. We want to gently remind you of something important as we pray together. You closed your request with Amen but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to share why His name matters so much. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. As Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. When we pray in Jesus name we are coming to God on the basis of what Christ has done for us on the cross, and we encourage you to put your trust fully in Him if you have not already.
The Word of God speaks directly to the anxiety and longing for peace that you describe. We are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We are also called to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self control 2 Timothy 1:7. When you feel overwhelmed we remember the promise Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.
We also pray for your confidence and your work. True confidence does not come from ourselves but from knowing that God is with us and equips us. We can say I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me Philippians 4:13. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. We pray that you would find strength in Him to do your tasks well and with diligence for His glory, and that your workplace would be one of mutual respect and peace. Jesus said Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you John 14:27.

Your burden regarding anxiety and the pressure of your daily work has been brought before the Lord, and we join you in seeking Him who alone can give settled rest to the soul.
The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not found in the absence of duties or in a change of circumstances alone, but in a mind stayed upon Christ. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus, this is rest, even when thronging duties press upon you. The peace which God gives is not the peace of apathy or levity, but the peace of God which passes all understanding, which shall keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. It is a peace that can be known in the ordinary trials of life, in the workplace and in the hour of overwhelm.
We pray that the Lord would lift from you the doubtful and anxious mind and give you a quiet confidence, not in your own strength, but in Him who is your keeper. May He teach you to cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you, and to find that when the mind is stayed on Christ, the heart is kept calm even while the hands are busy. May He also grant you steadiness and diligence in all your tasks, that you may do your work heartily as unto the Lord, and know His help in each duty set before you.

He is the God of peace, who restores peace where there has been strife and preserves peace where it is made, and we ask that He would foster among you and those around you a spirit of kindness, honor and mutual respect.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
