Your request about anxiety over finding work and fear of failure has been heard, and we join you in prayer before the Lord.
We pray that God will grant you true courage and lift this weight of anxiety from you. Scripture reminds us that courage is not simply a feeling of confidence, but a steadiness rooted in Christ. As you seek work, remember that you have been bought with a price, the cross and blood of our Lord, and that price is the sign of your freedom. When fear rises, fill your mind with that truth and let it make your soul free from being enslaved to worry or to what others may think. You are not alone in this struggle to find courage, for even the apostle Paul spoke of needing to show courage in the right way, with meekness and gentleness in Christ.
We also pray that the Lord will free you from anxiety as only He can. He does not want you to be consumed by endless questioning about what will happen tomorrow, but to rest in His care today. Like Job, who faced the loss of his wealth, his children and his health yet stood firm because he had practiced freedom from despondency before the trial came, you too can learn to stand firm by daily trusting God in small things, so that when larger trials come you remain steady.
We ask the Father to provide for your financial needs according to His wisdom and goodness, and to give you not only provision but contentment and peace as you trust Him. Financial freedom in the deepest sense is not simply having more, but knowing that you belong to Christ and are provided for by a loving Father who knows what you need.
We are praying that He will open the right door for employment, give you strength for each step of searching and interviewing, quiet your anxious thoughts with His peace, and help you to walk forward with courage day by day. May you cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you, and may you find rest in His faithful love while you wait for His provision.

Thank you for opening your heart about this anxiety and the fear you feel as you look for work. Feeling weak and worried about whether you will succeed is a heavy burden, and it is good that you have brought it to the Lord for help.
The story of Job reminds us that even though cultures and times have changed, the deepest struggles of the human heart remain the same. Long ago Job was described as a man who was blameless and upright, who reverenced God and turned away from evil. In heaven there was a conversation about him, and the enemy had been watching him closely, studying him and even forming a theory that Job only trusted God because God had blessed him and placed a hedge of protection around him. That background was hidden from Job and his friends, and Job himself did not understand why such hardship had come upon him. He did not curse God or accuse Him of being unfair, he simply cried out because he could not understand what God was doing.
That is important for you to remember. The Bible is clear that God is fair and just, and that truth is meant to be our confidence even when we do not understand our circumstances. Job's friends made the mistake of assuming that trouble or fear must mean a person had done something wrong or was a hypocrite. They told him to get right with God as if his suffering proved his guilt. In the end God corrected them. Their accusations were false. In the same way, your anxiety about finding a job and your fear of failure do not mean that God is displeased with you or that you have failed Him. Fear and weakness are common human experiences, not evidence that you are wicked or that God has abandoned you.
Scripture teaches that to reverence the Lord is wisdom, and to turn from evil is understanding. Courage does not come from convincing yourself that you are strong enough, it comes from trusting the One who is strong and just and who sees you completely. He knows your need for provision, He knows the pressure of financial uncertainty, and He knows the thoughts that make you feel anxious. You can bring all of those cares to Him honestly, just as Job poured out his questions, and ask Him to carry them.
