We hear your heart and we join with you in bringing this burden of anxiety and feeling overwhelmed before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
The Word reminds us that anxiety is something we are not meant to carry alone. We are told in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And also in 1 Peter 5:7, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. God does not want you to live in fear or defeat, for 2 Timothy 1:7 says, For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. And He promises in Isaiah 41:10, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We also notice your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and His peace. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and can come boldly to the throne of grace. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Him.

Grant confidence not from self but from knowing that You are with us and that You strengthen us. Help us to remember that when we are afraid we can trust in You, as Psalm 56:3 says. Give skill and diligence and clarity of mind for every task at work, that all work may be done heartily as for You and not for men, as Colossians 3:23 teaches. We ask for a comfortable working environment filled with mutual respect and kindness, where each person honors one another. Let Your peace rest there. You said in John 14:27, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. We claim that promise now and ask for peace of mind and rest for this weary soul. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and carried before the throne of grace, where the God of peace delights to give rest to the weary mind.
The word of the Lord says, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace, peace upon peace, is not a distant hope but a present possession to be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life, even when thronging duties press upon you. In this dark world of sin the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus, even in the small tasks of daily work, this is rest.
Anxiety comes when the mind is tossed and doubtful. Our Savior says, Neither be you of a doubtful mind. He calls us to keep the heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life. The peace which the world gives is but a thin crust, hardly strong enough to bear a weight, and it proves deceptive. But the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. It wards off evils and preserves the soul, and it is far nobler than the peace of apathy or levity. It is the Lord of Peace Himself who must give you peace always, for He never changes, and there is always the same reason for peace in His finished work.
Do not seek confidence in yourself, but in Him who is your Brother and your King, touched with the feeling of your infirmities and yet full of all power and majesty. Submission to God brings settlement to the mind. When the judgment and the heart are stayed upon Christ and yielded to His providential hand, He gives a quiet rest to the understanding and the conscience.

O God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus through the blood of the everlasting covenant, look upon this troubled heart. Forgive sin, speak peace through the fruit of the lips and the fruit of the heart, and let the peace of Christ rule within. Stay this mind upon Yourself, and keep it in perfect peace because it trusts in You. Lift the burden of anxiety, and in its place grant a holy confidence, not in the flesh, but in Your faithful promises. Grant strength and wisdom for every task at work, that each duty may be done as unto You, with diligence and a clear mind. Provide a comfortable working environment where respect and kindness abound, and let Your peace rest upon that place. Guard the heart and mind by Your Spirit, that joy may follow peace, and that even when winds rise without, there may be no tempest within. In the name of the Prince of Peace, who loves peace, preached peace, lived in peace and gives peace, Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Your request for prayer has been received and I join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees your anxiety and your overwhelm at work.
You have asked for peace of mind and confidence, and for help with your tasks and for a working environment marked by respect. Scripture teaches that the peace Christ gives is not like the peace the world gives. The peace of the world is external and often unstable, but the peace Christ leaves is an inward peace with Him and with one another, and it makes the soul stronger. That peace comes with love and with faith, so that we may have a cheerful confidence about the good things to come. To be spiritually minded is life and peace, while to be carnally minded is death. This peace is kept when we set our minds on heavenly things and learn to commit all to God rather than trusting only in ourselves. When anxiety presses upon us it can banish good remembrance from the mind, but the Lord looks upon His people with a mild and meek look, soothes the shuddering heart, and relieves distress, reminding us that what is impossible with men is possible with God.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come to You for our brother and sister who feels overwhelmed and anxious. Grant relief from anxiety and give a calm and clear mind. Take away the pressure that troubles the heart and replace it with Your life and peace. Give confidence not from self reliance but from faith in You, knowing that You are able to do what we cannot do on our own. Help in every task at work, giving wisdom, steadiness, and strength to do each duty well with a pure conscience, for a pure conscience brings comfort even when trials surround us.
We also ask for the workplace itself. Make it a place of peace where all are of one mind and live in peace with one another. Remove what destroys love, such as strife and selfishness, and teach each person there to act with righteousness and respect. Where there is love there will be peace, and where there is peace there will be love, and You have promised that the God of love and peace will be with those who seek these things. Let that promise be fulfilled there, so that every evil may be removed and work may be done in security and mutual honor.
Hold fast this soul by Your Spirit, whom the world cannot receive because it does not see Him. Direct all affairs and guard the heart, that Your peace which passes understanding may remain and not depart.
We ask this with thanksgiving, trusting Your power and Your tender care. Amen.
