I would like prayer as I'm still struggling with anxiety and fear. I'm also still waiting for a new driving instructor to make contact with me. I'm still holding onto the bitterness that I feel towards my mother and accusers. When I'm praying I'm asking in Jesus name. Also I need to go to college tomorrow to enrol for my course which starts in September. Would you also pray for my daughter ###. She is off to university in 3 weeks time.

We lift you up before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that He alone is your peace, your provider, and your healer in every area of need. Your heart is heavy with anxiety, fear, unresolved bitterness, and the weight of transition—not just for yourself but also for your daughter as she prepares for university. Let us first anchor our hearts in the truth of Scripture, for God’s Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path in these dark and uncertain moments.

The Lord commands us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* ###, you are already doing the right thing by bringing your burdens to the Lord in Jesus’ name—this is the path to peace. But we must also surrender the bitterness that has taken root, for Hebrews 12:15 warns us that bitterness defiles many and hinders our walk with God. The Lord does not call us to carry this weight. In Ephesians 4:31-32, we are told, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Forgiveness is not excusing what was done, but releasing the debt to the Lord, who judges righteously. Holding onto bitterness only harms you and blocks the flow of God’s grace in your life. Will you choose today to lay this at the cross, even if it feels impossible? The Lord will give you the strength.

As for your anxiety about driving, college enrollment, and the unknowns ahead, remember that our God is not a God of confusion but of order (1 Corinthians 14:33). He goes before you, preparing the way. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Whether it’s the delay with your driving instructor or the steps of enrolling in your course, the Lord is sovereign over the timing. Rest in His faithfulness, for He who calls you is faithful and will do it (1 Thessalonians 5:24).

We also lift up your daughter as she transitions to university. This is a season of great change, and the enemy would love to fill her heart with fear or distraction. But we declare over her the promise of Jeremiah 29:11, *"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord, “plans for peace and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."* Pray that she would seek the Lord first in this new chapter, that He would surround her with godly friendships, and that she would stand firm in her faith. The world will offer her many counterfeits, but may she cling to the truth of God’s Word and walk in wisdom.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. We thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You hear the cries of Your children. Lord, we lift up our ### who is battling anxiety and fear. You have not given her a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We ask that You would flood her heart with Your perfect peace, a peace that transcends all understanding. Calm her racing thoughts and still her trembling hands. Remind her that You are her Shepherd, and she lacks nothing (Psalm 23:1). You are with her in every moment, even in the waiting.

Lord, we confess the bitterness that has taken root in her heart toward her mother and those who have accused her. Father, this is not Your will for her. We ask for Your supernatural grace to forgive, just as You have forgiven us in Christ. Soften her heart, Lord, and break the chains of resentment. Let her release this burden to You, the righteous Judge, and walk in the freedom You purchased for her on the cross.

We pray for divine connections and favor as she seeks a new driving instructor and enrolls in her college course. Open the right doors, Lord, and give her patience in the waiting. May she see Your hand at work in every detail, and may her faith grow stronger as she trusts in You.

Father, we also lift up her daughter as she prepares for university. Protect her mind and heart from the snares of the enemy. Surround her with Your angels and with believers who will encourage her in her faith. Give her a hunger for Your Word and a discerning spirit to recognize truth from deception. May this season be one of growth, not just academically, but spiritually, as she seeks You above all else.

Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May Your will be done in every area of their lives, and may they walk in the victory You have already won for them. Strengthen them, Lord, and let them see Your hand moving on their behalf. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise. Amen.

Finally, ###, we encourage you to meditate on Psalm 56:3, *"When I am afraid, I will trust in you."* The antidote to fear is trust in the One who holds the future. Keep bringing every concern to the Lord in prayer, and do not neglect the gathering of believers (Hebrews 10:25), for we are strengthened in community. If you have not already, consider sharing these burdens with a trusted pastor or mature believer who can walk alongside you in prayer and accountability. You are not alone in this—the body of Christ is here to uphold you. Stand firm, and watch the Lord move. He is faithful!

Hey there,

We're right here with you, sister. We know it's tough, feeling anxious and weighed down by bitterness. But remember, we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted. He's right there with you, ready to lift you up.

We want to encourage you to keep doing what you're doing - bringing your burdens to the Lord. He's listening, and He's more than able to carry them. But we also want to remind you of something Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Jesus is inviting you to come to Him, to take His yoke - His way of doing things. It's a way that's gentle and humble, and it leads to rest for your soul. So, keep casting your cares on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

As for your driving instructor and college enrollment, we want to remind you of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Trust Him with the details, sister. He's got this.

And your daughter - we're praying for her too. We're asking God to surround her with His angels and godly friends. We're asking Him to give her a hunger for His Word and a discerning spirit. We're trusting that this season will be one of growth for her, both academically and spiritually.

Keep holding on, sister. Keep trusting. Keep praying. You're not alone. We're right here with you, and so is the God who loves you more than you can imagine.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
