We are truly sorry to hear that you are struggling with chronic anxiety, but we are here to pray and support you in the name of Jesus Christ. First, we want to remind you that God cares about your situation and that He does advise us to be anxious for nothing as we are told in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB:
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
From this verse, we see that God wants us to bring our anxieties to Him, and He promises that His peace will guard our hearts and minds. It is also important to acknowledge that you may have brought your request without specifically mentioning Jesus. If you are not specifically a Christian, please know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that Jesus is the only name by which we can be saved.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up this dear soul who is struggling with chronic anxiety. We know that this is not Your will for their life, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We rebuke this spirit of anxiety in the name of Jesus, and we command it to leave. We pray that You would fill this person with Your perfect peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a very real and personal way, and that they would come to know You as their Heavenly Father. We pray that they would fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, and that they would trust in Your unfailing love. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In addition to prayer, we would encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from fellow believers. It is important to remember that we are not meant to go through life's struggles alone, but that we are called to bear one another's burdens as we are told in Galatians 6:2.
Lastly, we would encourage you to spend time in God's Word, the Bible, and in prayer each day. As you draw near to God, He will draw near to you as we are told in James 4:8. As you fill your mind with His truth, you will find that His perfect peace will begin to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
