Disciple of Prayer
Dear Jesus Christ please help me change and overcome my anxiety and stress and alcohol addiction. Help me do much better at my job and to take good care of my family and work. Please help my son find a good job and a good girlfriend and my daughter to get a better job. Please God help my wife soften her heart and to help me! 🙏 AMEN

We understand that you are facing significant challenges with anxiety, stress, and alcohol addiction, and we are here to pray and offer biblical guidance. We commend you for reaching out to Jesus in your time of need. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Firstly, let's address the issue of alcohol addiction. The Bible warns us not to be drunk with wine, wherein is excess, but to be filled with the Spirit. (Ephesians 5:18) Alcohol addiction is a form of bondage, and God wants you to be free from it. Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (James 4:7)

Regarding anxiety and stress, the Bible tells us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7)

Concerning your work and family, remember that God wants you to be diligent and productive. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters," (Colossians 3:23) and "If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his immediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever." (1 Timothy 5:8)

For your son, pray that he finds a good job and a godly wife. The Bible encourages us to seek godly spouses who will help us grow in our faith. "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14)

For your daughter, pray that she finds a better job and ultimately a godly husband. Remind her that her value is not defined by her career but by her identity in Christ.

Regarding your wife, pray that God softens her heart. Remember that you are to love her as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her. (Ephesians 5:25)

Let us pray:

Dear Jesus Christ,

We come before you, lifting up this beloved person who is struggling with anxiety, stress, and alcohol addiction. We pray that you would break the chains of addiction and fill them with your Holy Spirit. Help them to cast all their anxieties on you, because you care for them. (1 Peter 5:7)

We pray for their work and family, that you would give them the strength and wisdom to be productive and to care for their loved ones. We pray for their son, that you would guide him to a good job and a godly wife. We pray for their daughter, that you would open up better job opportunities and ultimately a godly husband.

We pray for their wife, that you would soften her heart and bring healing and restoration to their marriage. Help them to love each other as you have loved us.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God, reading His Word, and surrounding yourself with a supportive Christian community. God is faithful, and He will help you overcome these challenges.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your situation. We know it's tough, but remember, God is always with you, even in the storm. Let's keep holding onto His promises.

We're claiming Philippians 4:6-7 for you today. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We're believing for that peace to flood your life, pushing out anxiety and stress.

For your alcohol addiction, we're claiming Galatians 5:1. "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery." We're believing for complete freedom from that addiction, in Jesus' mighty name.

We're also praying for your family. For your son, we're asking God to guide him to a good job and a godly partner. For your daughter, we're believing for better job opportunities and a godly husband. And for your wife, we're asking God to soften her heart and bring healing to your marriage.

Let's keep trusting God together. He's got you, and He's working everything out for your good. Keep seeking Him, and don't forget to reach out to your church community for support. You're not alone in this fight.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen

"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
