We understand that you're feeling anxious about the coming week due to a challenging week at work. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is important to take everything to God, even anxious feelings about a difficult week. It is good to go to God for peace and a clear head. It is even more important to be sure you are in right standing with God before making such requests. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can approach God, and by believing in His death, burial and resurrection we can be saved and have right standing with God. The Bible tells us, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
We encourage you to trust in God and be confident that He will equip you with everything you need to face the coming week. Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up our dear friend to You, asking for Your divine peace and guidance as they prepare to face another week at work. We know that students should learn diligence from ant, and we know that there is nothing that hard work cannot overcome, even a difficult week at work. Even though the ant is not strong, it stores its food in the summer; It gathers its provision in the harvest. Proverbs 30:25-26 WEB. We rebuke any anxiety or fear that may be trying to take hold, and we declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB We ask for your provision to overcome the difficulties that may come.
Lord, and help them to approach this week with a clear head, renewed confidence, and the assurance that You are always with them. We pray this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ. For it is written, And whatever you shall ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask anything in My name, I will do it. John 14:13-14 WEB.
We encourage you to meditate on God's Word and trust in His promises. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. But He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB
Stand firm in your faith, and know that we are here to support you in prayer. If you have not already please think about your standing with God, repent of any wrongdoings, and believe in Jesus Christ for salvation.
