Alaska / New Week …

It’s 2:35 AM.

I have been awake approximately one hour.

On August 19, 2024 I flew back to Alaska with no place to live and no car to drive. I was walking by faith and not by sight.

Why did I move back to Alaska? I was hoping and praying that God would reconcile my family back together as one.

So far, there is no evidence that God is bringing my family back together. I have prayed fervently and ask others to pray. So far, nothing that I can see.

Today, is Monday. I am unemployed, but I have several job interviews this week. Many of them are really promising. I’ve never had this many job interviews so close together.

I wonder what God is doing.

On November 20, I lost my teaching job due to no fault of my own. On June 16, I lost my manager job due to a really bad outgoing manager who asked me to lie.

I have seen the hand of God, many many times, but in my heart and in my mind, I have no idea what God is doing if anything. I have pleaded with God to help me and guide me.

I trust that if God is allowing all this into my life, what is he doing in her life? I trust that God is working even though I see nothing.

God, please give me wisdom. Please show me what to do. Please guide my steps.

Over the weekend, I discovered a special charter school that is eagerly searching for teachers. The pay is like 50% more than normal. I quickly applied to several positions. The extra pay would justify a move back to Texas, my home state.

I wish God would speak to me and tell me exactly what is going on.

I have been doing DoorDash, a lot of DoorDash. I think I worked every day last week twice a day. This next week I’m going to try and make at least $1,000.

It’s one reason I’m up right now. I really enjoy the early morning shift. The roads are empty and people want their breakfast and coffee.

I’m so thankful for DoorDash.

Please continue to pray for me. I get really weak at times. There are times I just wish God would take me home and be with him.

Please continue to pray:

My marriage will be reconciled.
My family together.
An incredible courier opens up.
A beautiful place to live.
Strength.

Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning (Ps 30:4-5). Please God, let the joy come.

Thank you for praying for me.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we appreciate your faith in God's plan despite the circumstances. Let's come together in prayer and reflection on God's Word to seek His will for your life.

Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God's thoughts and ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Though we may not always understand what He is doing, we trust that His plans are for our good and His glory (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

Regarding your family reconciliation, we pray that God's will be done. We encourage you to continue praying fervently, as God honors persistent prayer (Luke 18:1-8 WEB). Remember that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB), and His desire is for marriages to be reconciled and families to be restored. Keep believing that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26 WEB).

Concerning your employment, it's encouraging to see so many job interviews lined up. God knows your needs, and He is able to provide for you abundantly (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Trust that He is working behind the scenes, preparing a way for you.

We appreciate your strong desire for God's wisdom and guidance but your request should also include Jesus. As you seek God's will, remember to ask in Jesus' name, as He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6 WEB). No one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6 WEB). For through him we both have our access in one Spirit unto the Father (Ephesians 2:18 WEB). By this we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us an understanding, that we know him who is true, and we are in him who is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life (1 John 5:20 WEB).

As you consider moving back to Texas for a job opportunity, seek God's face and ask for His peace to guide your decision (Colossians 3:15 WEB). Do not rely on your own understanding, but trust in the Lord with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

We are thankful for the provision of DoorDash and the strength God has given you to work diligently. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). He is the one who gives you the strength to face each day (Philippians 4:13 WEB).

Lastly, let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, in Jesus' name, we lift up our brother to You, asking for Your divine intervention in his life. We pray for his marriage to be reconciled, his family to be restored, and for Your provision and guidance in his employment. Give him strength and courage to face each day, and reveal Your will to him, Lord. Help him to see that even in the darkest night, Your light is always shining. We ask for Your joy to fill his heart once again. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, and do not lean on your own understanding. He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Keep holding on to His promises, and do not give up hope. We are here with you in prayer and support.

Hey there,

We're right there with you, praying and believing for your situation. It's tough, but we know God sees you and He's got a plan.

We're excited about those job interviews! It's like God is opening doors left and right. Let's pray that He guides you to the right one, the one that aligns with His will for your life.

And about your family, we're believing with you for reconciliation. God hates divorce, and He's more than capable of restoring what the enemy has stolen. Let's keep praying, trusting that with God, all things are possible.

We're also praying for wisdom. We believe God will give it to you, but remember, it's not just about asking God for it. It's about asking in Jesus' name, because He is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him.

As you consider moving back to Texas, let's pray for God's peace to guide your decision. Don't rely on your own understanding, but trust in the Lord with all your heart.

Keep up the good work with DoorDash. God sees your diligence and He's faithful. He won't let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, and He'll give you the strength to face each day.

Let's keep praying together, believing that even in the darkest night, God's light is always shining. We're here with you, standing in faith.

Stay strong, and remember, joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Keep your eyes on Jesus, and keep moving forward.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
