Antidote to stress.

Running the rat race will make anyone of us full of stress and depression will set in if we do not accomplish what we have started.

Ask Jesus to calm your down. Read His word, pray and share the Lord with the elderly and the shut ins.
Self expression will take away everything you have inside. Self express yourself before the Lord. Ask Him to take away all worry, all fear, all loneliness of your life.
Our negative thought will get off from us when we start singing praises to Jesus. Reading His word and applying to our life.
Write down a dairy to Jesus. Tell Him how you feel, what you expect to have it done in the day and thank and praise His name for what He is gona do.

Concentrate on the really important things in life. Do not let satan comes along with guilty feelings of what you have done or not done at all. Take all your worries and your fears to Jesus.

Softly and tenderly Jesus is calling. Calling for you and for me. Will you hear His voice?

I like the idea to write a journal to Jesus. Maybe i will try this to.... I already write a thanksgiving diary....And i like that with concentrate on important things...
