If there is a reasonable alternative action this person's employer can take to accommodate their employee, then please let the employer and this person communicate effectively so the reasonable alternative action can be brought to light. If this person does lose their job, I pray that it is so other better doors can be opened up for this person. God, I pray this person not need to struggle, doesnt face homelessness nor food insecurity. Amen.
