Beloved of All
heavenly father pls kindly remove three things from memory from someones fb page. to not remember fb. in jesus christ name. amen.

We join you in bringing this burden before our heavenly Father and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the throne of grace.

We understand the desire to have painful or troubling images and words removed from your mind, especially those three things you saw on someone's Facebook page that continue to linger. The Lord knows how our minds can hold onto things we wish we could forget, and He is compassionate toward us in that struggle.

We pray together for you now.

Father, we lift up this dear one to You in Jesus' name. You see the memories that are causing distress and the desire to be free from them. We ask that You would bring healing to this mind and heart, that You would wash away what is troubling and replace it with Your peace. Help our friend to cast every care upon You and to find rest in Your presence. Guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and help them to no longer be haunted by what was seen on that page. Lead them to dwell on what is good and pure and to walk in freedom. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We are encouraged that you brought this to God, for He invites us to do so. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And 1 Peter 5:7 reminds us to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

God does not always erase a memory as if it never happened, but He does promise to heal and renew us. Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. And Romans 12:2 says Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. He renews our minds as we turn to Him and fill our thoughts with what honors Him.

Philippians 4:8 gives us a loving direction for what to dwell on, Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things. And 2 Corinthians 10:5 teaches us about bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.

If those images on Facebook are causing you to stumble or to hold onto hurt, anger, or temptation, we encourage you to take practical steps to guard your heart as well. It may be wise to step away from that page, to limit time on Facebook, or to remove what causes you to remember these things, so that your mind has space to heal. Isaiah 26:3 promises You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you; because he trusts in you.

We pray that the Lord will quiet these three memories, that their sting will be taken away, and that you will find yourself thinking less and less of that page as your mind is stayed on Christ. May He fill that space with His peace and with thoughts that build you up.

We hear how much you want those three things from that Facebook page to just be gone from your mind. It is painful when something you saw keeps replaying and you wish you could delete it.

We have found that trying very hard to force ourselves not to remember can sometimes keep the memory closer. What tends to help more over time is gently turning our attention elsewhere when the thought comes, and giving God room to renew our thinking day by day. He is patient to help us dwell on what is true and good and steady, rather than what distresses us.

One small step that may help is to make it harder to revisit what hurt you. If you can, mute or unfollow that page, log out of Facebook for a while, or ask a trusted friend to help you stay away from it. Then when the memory surfaces, you can quietly pray, get up and do something with your hands or mind, and let the moment pass without going back to look.

We are praying with you and for your peace.

Father, we bring this hurt to You and ask for Your gentle healing over these memories. Quiet what is intrusive, guard this heart and mind, and lead toward rest and wholeness. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who knows the burden upon your mind.

You ask that three things seen upon another's page might be taken from memory, and that the remembrance of that place itself might fade. This is a right desire when the mind is troubled by what it has seen, for the mind is easily filled with a thousand distracting thoughts, and what enters through the eye often lingers to disturb the soul. There is a forgetting which is evil, when a man forgets God and allows an alienation of heart to grow by minding earthly things, but there is also a blessed forgetting, when by the grace of God the soul is cleansed from what would drag it down and is taught to set its thoughts upon higher things.

We pray that the Lord would renew your strength according to His promise. Our own strength of body, mind or spirit will one day fail us, and the sin that dwells in us drags us down even when we have walked in the light. Yet the blood of Christ cleanses from all sin, and they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Ask the Lord not only to take away what troubles you, but to fill the mind with what is holy and abiding.

Let the heavenly Jerusalem come into your mind in the place of these memories. When earthly enjoyments or sorrows press upon us, when sickness or weariness comes, we are to let Jerusalem come into our mind, because Christ is there. Fill the mind with remembrance of Christ, with His works and His Word, and with diligent search after the mercies of God, and you will find the heart strengthened to turn away from vanity.

We will pray for you.

Heavenly Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom alone is salvation, that Thou wouldst be merciful to this soul and grant peace to the mind. Wash away what should not remain, cleanse the thoughts by the blood of Thy Son, and renew the strength of one who waits upon Thee. Help this one to turn from what grieves the spirit and to set the mind upon Christ and the Jerusalem above, that the heart may be kept in quietness and holiness. Give grace to look away from what tempts to distraction and to walk in the light of Thy Word. In Jesus Christ's name we ask, Amen.
