We join with you before our heavenly Father in Jesus' name and we thank you for bringing this burden to Him so honestly.
We understand how troubling it can be when a song title or lyric stays in your mind and feels connected to evil or impurity within. We want to encourage you that God does not leave us to struggle alone with our thoughts, but He promises to renew our minds and cleanse our hearts as we seek Him.
The Scripture tells us, Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind Romans 12:2. And we are to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5. God may not always instantly erase a memory, but He does promise to take away its power over us, to forgive us, and to replace what is unholy with what is pure and lovely. We are told, Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things Philippians 4:8.
We also hear your desire to have no evil in you anymore. This is the cry of a heart that wants to be holy before God. The truth is we all have sinned and need His cleansing, and He has provided it through Jesus. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. When we come to Him through Jesus, He creates in us a clean heart and renews a right spirit within us Psalm 51:10. He does not just remove a single thought, He washes the whole heart.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this dear one to You and ask for Your mercy and cleansing. Lord, You know the song title that is troubling this mind and the weight it carries. We ask that You would take away its hold and its power. Renew this mind, Lord, and fill it with Your peace. Create in this heart a clean heart and renew a steadfast spirit within. Wash away all evil and impurity by the blood of Jesus and help this one to walk in newness of life. Help them to fix their thoughts on what is true and pure and lovely, and to be filled with Your Word and with songs that honor You. Let Your Holy Spirit guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus' name and that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun. Amen.

Your prayer comes from a tender conscience that desires to be clean before the Lord, and He hears such cries. You have asked that a song title and the evil that clings to it might be taken from your memory, that you might have no evil in you anymore. This longing for purity is itself a work of grace.
Scripture teaches us that God watches not only our deeds but our thoughts, and that thoughts of evil are in themselves evil thoughts. The carnal mind is enmity against God, and the sin that dwells in us drags us down however high we may have ascended. Even when we walk in the light, we still need the blood of Christ to cleanse us from all sin. You are not alone in finding that thoughts tumultuous in the night or intrusive in the day will haunt the mind, and that the mind itself can become the lair of misery if left to itself.
The Lord does not always deal with us by striking a single memory from us as though it had never been, for His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts than our thoughts. What He promises is greater, that He will renew your strength as you wait upon Him, and give you new thoughts to overcome the old. How precious also are His thoughts unto us, O God, how great is the sum of them. When we awake we may still be with Him, because His thoughts are constant, kind, wise and gracious toward His people, even thoughts of love from everlasting.
Therefore do not only pray to forget, but pray to be filled. The Psalmist said, I hate vain thoughts but Your law do I love. Ask the Lord to give you believing thoughts and thankful thoughts and longing thoughts after Christ, that the best of your mind, the cream of it, may be given to Him. Fill the room that the evil thought would occupy with the Word of God, with prayer, with hymns that honor Christ, and with honest labor in His service. Turn from the source of the song and whatever literature or company spots the soul, and keep yourself unspotted from the world.
