Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have been lifting up your request before the Lord and we continue to stand with you. We have been praying that God would completely and permanently remove that song and its title and words and sounds and lyrics from your memory, and that He would cleanse your mind and fill it with His peace and with whatever is pure and lovely and worthy of praise according to Phil 4:8, bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ as taught in 2 Cor 10:5.
We are also joining you in intercession for the woman you mentioned and for the people in her life, that if any of them are in need of salvation the Lord in His mercy would draw them to Himself and open their hearts to the gospel. We pray that they would believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved according to Acts 16:31, remembering that the Lord is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance as we see in 2 Peter 3:9.
We also agree with you in prayer for protection from tornadoes, asking our Father to keep North Carolina and every state and every country safe from harm, for He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble as promised in Psalm 46:1.
