We join you in bringing this request before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, and we thank you for seeking Him in prayer.
We understand your desire to have the title of a song permanently erased from your mind and memory. Sometimes a song, a lyric, or a title can become a distraction, an unwanted thought that replays and keeps us from the peace God wants to give us. Our Father cares about even these burdens of the mind and He invites us to bring every thought captive to Him.
The Scripture reminds us that God wants to renew our minds and keep us in perfect peace as we focus on Him. Isaiah 26:3 says You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you. And 2 Corinthians 10:5 tells us that we are to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Romans 12:2 encourages us, Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
If this song or its title is connected to something that does not honor God, we encourage you to turn from it and to fill your mind with what is pure and praiseworthy. Philippians 4:8 says Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things. We ask in Jesus' name that You would cleanse and renew this mind, wash away what is distracting or troubling, and replace it with Your peace and with thoughts that honor You. Create in this heart a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within as Psalm 51:10 teaches. Help our dear fellow believer to fix their thoughts on You, to meditate on Your Word day and night, and to be filled with songs and truths that build up and give You glory. We trust that You are able to guard this mind and heart through Christ Jesus. Let Your will be done, and let Your perfect peace reign. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.

Your prayer has been heard by Him who reads the thoughts of the heart before the lips can speak them. The Lord knows how intruding thoughts surround us like a plague of flies, and how a single vain phrase can haunt the mind in the night of trial.
There are thoughts that are not from God, and the mind which is left to itself will be wearied by them. Vanity in thought is itself sin, and the carnal mind left unrenewed cannot free itself. Yet the blood of Christ cleanses from all sin, and He who is God from everlasting to everlasting is able to renew strength where our own strength fails. They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, and He can give you a nobler tune upon which your soul may dwell.
Remember that His thoughts are not as your thoughts, nor His ways as your ways. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are His thoughts higher than yours. His thoughts toward His people have always been thoughts of love, constant and kind and gracious, and how precious also are His thoughts unto us. When the multitude of anxious thoughts is within you, His comforts can still delight your soul. David could say, When I awake, I am still with You, for holy thoughts of God place us near to God.
Therefore seek to have your mind filled not by empty repetition but by the precious thoughts of God. Put low thoughts of yourself and high thoughts of Christ in the place where this song has lodged. Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly. When the title returns to your memory, turn at once to prayer and to the Scripture, and give your soul some believing thought, some thankful thought, some longing thought after Christ to feed upon. Ask the Lord to undertake a fresh work in you, that you may sing with expectancy and confidence and God reliance.
