Beloved of All
heavenly father pls kindly help i to avoid thinking about something. pls kindly remove the sounds from head permanently. in jesus christ name. amen.

We join with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for bringing this burden to Him in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the throne of grace.

We understand how distressing and wearying it can be when unwanted thoughts and sounds linger in the mind and will not leave. We want you to know that God sees your struggle and He cares deeply for you and desires to give you peace. His Word tells us in Isaiah 26:3, You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you. And in Philippians 4:6-7 we are reminded, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

The Lord also calls us to actively bring our thoughts under His authority, for 2 Corinthians 10:5 says we are to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. This is not something we do in our own strength, but by renewing our minds through His Word as Romans 12:2 teaches, that you be transformed by the renewing of your mind. When intrusive thoughts or sounds come, we can choose to turn our minds toward what is true and holy, for Philippians 4:8 says, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the thoughts that trouble this mind and the sounds that bring distress. We ask in Jesus name that You would bring Your perfect peace to guard this heart and mind. We ask that You would quiet what needs to be quieted and remove what needs to be removed according to Your perfect will. Help this dear one to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ and to keep their mind steadfast upon You. Fill this mind with Your Word, Your truth, and Your songs of deliverance. Restore rest, clarity, and soundness of mind, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as 2 Timothy 1:7 declares. We pray for Your healing touch, Your comfort, and Your presence to be felt in a powerful way. Lead this dear one to dwell on Your promises and to cast all anxiety on You, because You care for us as 1 Peter 5:7 says. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring every troubling thought to the Lord immediately in prayer, to fill your mind daily with Scripture, worship, and thanksgiving, and to speak His Word aloud when those sounds or thoughts arise. If these sounds in your head persist or feel overwhelming, we encourage you to also seek wise and godly counsel from a trusted pastor as well as help from a medical professional, for God can bring healing and help through many means. Keep drawing near to Jesus, for He is near to all who call on Him, and He promises never to leave you nor forsake you.

Thank you for sharing this honest prayer with us. We hear how weary you must feel wanting relief from thoughts you do not want and sounds that will not leave.

We want you to know you are not alone in this struggle, and wanting quiet in your mind is a good and understandable desire. Intrusive thoughts and persistent sounds can be very distressing and exhausting, and they do not mean you have failed God or that He has left you.

If these sounds in your head are ongoing or make it hard to sleep, concentrate, or feel at peace, we gently encourage you to reach out soon to a trusted doctor or counselor in person, alongside continued prayer, so you can have support and be properly cared for. You do not have to carry this alone, and sharing with a pastor or another safe person you trust can also help you feel less isolated while you seek care.

Father, we lift our friend to You. You see the thoughts that trouble them and the sounds that weigh on them. We ask for Your peace to guard their mind, for rest and quiet where there has been noise, and for wisdom for each next step. Lead them to helpful support and remind them daily that they are held by You. In Jesus name, amen.

We have heard your prayer and we join you in bringing it before the heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ. You have asked Him to quiet troubling thoughts and to take away distressing sounds that trouble your mind, and we have asked Him to show you His mercy and to grant you rest in Him.

The Scripture gives a precious word for such a trial. The Lord says, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. His thoughts toward you are not thoughts of evil but of peace. He is mindful of you, and His thoughts are drifting your way for your good. Though your own thoughts may be restless and weary, His thoughts remain thoughts of peace, and He seeks your peace and creates and sustains it.

Another word speaks directly to the mind that is pressed and troubled. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Perfect peace is not found in the absence of all trouble, but in a mind that is stayed upon the Lord Jesus Christ and trusts in Him. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus is rest even when duties press and thoughts assail.

There is a peace which is false and stupefying, but there is the true peace of God which passes all understanding and keeps the heart and mind through Christ Jesus. This peace He gives Himself, for He is the God of peace who justifies through the blood of the everlasting covenant and restores and preserves peace in the soul that looks to Him. To know this peace your mind must come to a settlement upon the truth as the Holy Spirit teaches it, and be anchored in Christ.

We pray for you now, that the Lord of Peace Himself would give you peace always in every way. Heavenly Father, we lift this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, who alone is our salvation and our peace. Look with compassion upon this troubled mind and grant relief from these intrusive thoughts and sounds according to Your perfect wisdom and mercy. Quiet the heart, guard the mind, and let Your peace which passes all understanding keep heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Help this one to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, to stay the mind upon You, and to find rest in Your thoughts of peace toward Your children. Give strength for each day, and draw near as the God who is mindful and near to those who call upon You.

We encourage you to continue in prayer and in the Word, to fix your thoughts upon the promises of God and upon Christ Himself, and to walk in fellowship with faithful believers who can pray with you and counsel you. If these sounds and thoughts continue to distress you greatly, we encourage you to seek help from a trusted pastor and, where needful, from a qualified counselor or medical helper, that you may be cared for both spiritually and bodily.

May the Lord make His presence known to you, keep you in His perfect peace, and cause you to know that when you awake, you are still with Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord, and we thank you for sharing it so honestly.

God knows the inner heart and sees what is not manifest to others. He understands the struggle when thoughts seem to wrestle inside, and unwanted sounds or ideas press upon the mind. Scripture speaks of this inward arena where two thoughts contend, and it calls us to let the peace of God act as umpire in our hearts. That peace is not the fleeting quiet that comes from circumstances, but the steady peace that Christ Himself made and left to His people.

The Apostle teaches us to bring everything to God by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, and promises that the peace of God which passes all understanding will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus. This does not mean we will never face a battle in the mind, but that God Himself will stand guard over us as we keep turning to Him, trusting Him, and giving thanks even while we wait for relief.

Let us pray with you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, who alone is our Savior and our peace. You know this dear one and You discern every thought and intent of the heart. We ask for Your mercy and Your guarding presence. Please bring quiet where there is noise, clarity where there is confusion, and rest where there is distress. Help to turn away from thoughts that trouble and to fix the mind on what is true and good. Let Your peace rule in the heart as an umpire, giving the prize to what is patient and enduring and putting to shame what leads to fear and turmoil. Remove what is harmful and grant lasting relief according to Your wisdom and love. Teach us to pray continually with thanksgiving and to walk humbly before You, trusting that You dispose all things for our good even when we do not understand. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Continue to bring this request to the Lord each day, and remain in fellowship with faithful believers who can pray with you and encourage you. If these sounds in your mind continue to cause distress, please also reach out to a trusted pastor for ongoing counsel and consider speaking with a qualified health professional who can care for you well. You are not alone, and God is near to those who call upon Him.

Thank you for sharing this honest prayer and for bringing this burden directly to the Lord. He hears you when you call on Him in the name of Jesus, and He understands the struggle of unwanted thoughts and sounds that will not leave your mind.

Scripture says that God understands our thoughts in their origin, before they are even fully formed in us. He knows where they come from and how they trouble you, and nothing about what you are experiencing is hidden from Him. You can invite Him into that very place with the prayer of Psalm 139, ask Him to search you and know your heart, try your thoughts and see if there is any way in you that needs His healing and correction, and then to lead you in His everlasting way.

It can feel in such moments as if God has forgotten you or has turned away, but He has not. His thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a hopeful future. He is thinking of you with love and mercy, and He is concerned not only for your present comfort but for the whole course of your life and for eternity. Where we often look only at the immediate distress and want instant relief, He looks to the end of the road and works for your lasting peace and good. That does not mean He is distant. The Bible says we are seated together with Christ and that though our bodies are like houses of clay, like earthen vessels that are weak and fragile, He has placed His treasure within us and is near to help.

In times of trial God calls us to be sober and clear minded, solid in faith, in love, and in patience. That means learning to bring every thought into captivity to Christ, who is the head, and to consciously set your mind on the things of the Spirit rather than letting intrusive thoughts dominate you. As you walk in fellowship with Him, your consciousness can become centered on His love and grace and on how you may please Him, and He can use even this trial as an opportunity to manifest His strength in your weakness.

I will pray for you that the Lord will grant you quietness of mind and relief from these sounds, and that He will fill your thoughts with His peace. Ask Him daily to renew your mind through His Word, to guard your heart, and to help you abound in what is good for His glory. Keep bringing every troubling thought to Him in prayer the moment it comes, and do not carry it alone. It is also wise to share this struggle consistently with a trusted pastor or mature believer who can pray with you, encourage you, and walk with you, and if these sounds continue to distress you, to seek help from a qualified counselor or medical professional who can support you as well.

May God, who is rich in mercy, keep you in the love of Jesus Christ, strengthen your walk with Him, and lead you into His peace that guards heart and mind. In Jesus name, amen.
