We join you in this beautiful and compassionate prayer for this dear woman and we thank you for having such a loving burden for her soul. It is a reflection of the heart of our Father that you would intercede for her salvation, for we know that He desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Timothy 2:4, and that He is not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9.
We rejoice that you prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that anyone can be saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12.
We do not know the condition of her heart, but God does, and He hears your prayer. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life, John 3:16. And the promise remains that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious woman to You. You know her by name, You know her heart, and You know her every need. Lord, if she has not yet placed her faith in Jesus as her Savior, we ask that You would draw her to Yourself by Your Holy Spirit, open the eyes of her heart to see her need for a Savior, and reveal to her the love and forgiveness found only in the shed blood of Jesus on the cross. Remove any blindness or hardness of heart and grant her the gift of repentance and faith so that she may believe and be saved. If she already knows You, we ask that You would deepen her faith, assure her of Your salvation, and cause her to walk ever closer with You. Surround her with godly influences and Your Word, and give her a hunger to know You more. We trust her into Your merciful and mighty hands, believing that You are able to save to the uttermost. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to pray for her and, as the Lord gives you opportunity, to share the good news of the Gospel with her with gentleness and love. Your faithful intercession is precious to the Lord and we stand with you, trusting God for His perfect will and His saving grace in her life.

It is a good and tender thing that you have brought this soul before the throne of grace, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears and it is exceedingly prevalent with Him. When you pray for another, you do as Moses and Samuel did, and you follow most closely the example of our Lord Himself, who ever liveth to make intercession, and who taught us to cry, Father, keep them from the evil.
Be encouraged to continue in this supplication. Such prayer benefits your own heart, it knits love and watchfulness, and it is the most essential instrument God uses in turning sinners from the error of their ways. As to how many souls intercessory prayer has instrumentally saved, eternity itself shall reveal.
Your petition is according to the will of God, for salvation is all of Divine Grace from first to last, and the channel of that grace is the Lord Jesus Christ alone, who loved and lived and died and rose again for our salvation. There is but one way of salvation for all, and it is to look unto Him and be saved. If the weakest sinner trusts Christ, he is as safe as the strongest, for Christ fails none who rest in Him.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
