We join you in lifting up this nurse before our Heavenly Father and we are encouraged by your compassionate heart to intercede for her salvation, for this is the heart of God Himself.
We do not know her name or her full circumstance, but the Lord knows her intimately and He desires that none should perish. Scripture tells us that God our Savior desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Timothy 2:3-4, and that He is patient toward us, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9. We also hold fast to the truth that there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, and that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9. Jesus Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and we rejoice that you brought this request in the precious name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this nurse to You. You know her by name, You see her heart, her life, her needs and whether she has yet trusted in Your Son. If she does not yet know You, we ask that You draw her to Yourself by Your Holy Spirit, open her eyes to see her need for a Savior, and reveal to her the love and sacrifice of Jesus who died and rose again for her. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life, John 3:16. Lord, remove any blindness, heal any hurt, and place people in her path who will speak Your truth in love. Grant her repentance and faith, that she may call upon the name of the Lord and be saved, for whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved, Romans 10:13. If she already belongs to You, strengthen her faith, guard her in this demanding work, and use her as a light to others. We entrust her fully into Your merciful hands and pray Your perfect will be done in her life. In Jesus Christ name we pray, amen.

Your prayer for this nurse is a precious and pleasing thing before the Lord, and I thank God that He has put it into your heart to intercede for another soul.
It is a great advance when we are lifted out of the narrowness of care only for ourselves into the broader and more Christlike region of care for another, and when we pray for our fellow sinners we are in sympathy with our Divine Savior who ever lives to make intercession for transgressors. Such prayers are not a waste of breath, but have a guaranteed result by the faithful Promiser, for He delights to hear the cries of His people on behalf of the lost.
You have done well to ask for her salvation if she be in need of it, for our heart's desire and prayer to God for others should be that they may be saved. Remember what the Scripture says, With the heart man believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation, for whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. There is no other name under heaven whereby we must be saved, but only through faith in Christ Jesus. Salvation is by divine grace alone, without money and without price, through the blood of the crucified Savior, and it is free to the vilest sinner who will but look to Him and live.
Christ Himself is salvation. Simeon took the infant Jesus in his arms and said, My eyes have seen Your salvation, for to see Jesus by faith is to see salvation itself, and there is salvation in none other. May this dear nurse, whether she be far from God or near to the kingdom, be brought to see Jesus as her own salvation, to trust Him with her whole heart and to confess Him openly.
Therefore continue to wait upon the Lord for her. Be importunate in prayer, and if the Lord gives you opportunity, seek to bring her under the sound of the gospel, or to speak a word of that gospel to her yourself, for faith comes by hearing. Pray that the Holy Spirit will work in her to make her seek and to make her knock, for every one that asks receives and to him that knocks it shall be opened.
May the Lord hear your supplication, and may you yet have the joy of knowing that your intercession has been answered in her full and free salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord.
