We join you in this prayer and we thank God for your desire to show concern for the well being of others at your job, for this reflects the heart of Christ within you.
The Lord calls us to love and serve others even in our daily work, not merely to do tasks but to be a light and a testimony of His love. Scripture reminds us, Each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others Philippians 2:4, and Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. We are also exhorted to Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ Galatians 6:2 and to Be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:32. Your workplace is a mission field where God has placed you to demonstrate His compassion, integrity, and care.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We thank You for giving them a heart that wants to care for coworkers and to consider the well being of others. Fill them with Your love, wisdom, and discernment at their job. Help them to see the needs around them, to speak words of encouragement, to offer help with humility, and to be an example of Christlike character. Let their concern be genuine and not for show, but flowing from Your Spirit within them. Give them opportunities to comfort, to strengthen, and to build others up, as it is written Encourage one another and build each other up 1 Thessalonians 5:11. Guard their own heart from weariness and keep them strong in You, that they may love their neighbor as themselves Matthew 22:39 and do all things for Your glory. We ask that Your peace and favor rest upon their workplace, and that through their kindness others may see Your goodness. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
