We have received your prayer request and we are joining you in prayer before the Lord for these needs.
We bring before God the man you mentioned and ask for His healing mercy upon him according to His will, and for His grace to work in his heart and body. We ask the Lord to bring comfort and renewal to your mind as well. You have asked that several songs with their titles, words and sounds, and certain memories and events be removed from your memory, including a memory from school connected with a song. We pray that God who knows your thoughts and cares for you will cleanse and guard your mind, and grant you His peace. Rather than only taking away what troubles you, we ask Him to fill your heart with what is pure and holy, so that you may meditate on what is true and good and sing in your heart to God even as you go about daily life, whether at home or in public, with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs and with heedfulness before Him.
We also pray for the crane employees, that God would keep them safe and make them careful in their work, and that He would protect them from harm. Above all we pray for their salvation, that if any do not yet know Christ they would come to know salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved. We pray in the same way for any others you carry on your heart.
We pray for the homes that need to be rebuilt, that God would provide for those affected, supply what is needed, and bring restoration and stability.
We will continue to pray for you night and day, asking God to perfect what is lacking and to strengthen your faith, and to give you the peace that comes from being at peace with Him through Christ, a peace that guards the heart even when outward troubles remain.
Let us pray together: Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We ask for Your healing and mercy for this man, for Your cleansing and renewal of mind and memory, for Your protection over workers and Your provision for homes, and for Your saving grace to be at work in every heart that needs You. Help us to turn from impure and empty songs and to set our minds on what honors You, singing to You with grace in our hearts. We trust Your goodness and Your power to restore and to keep.
