We join you in lifting up this woman before the throne of grace and we are encouraged by your heart to intercede for her salvation and for those in her life. God knows who she is even when we do not, and He hears the prayers of His people who seek the lost.
We are reminded that it is the very heart of God that none should be lost. Scripture tells us that God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1Tim 2:4, and that the Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, 2Pet 3:9. His love is shown in that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life, John 3:16.
We rejoice that you prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. Jesus himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. It is only through faith in Jesus, confessing with the mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in the heart that God raised Him from the dead, that we are saved, Romans 10:9.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this woman to You. You know her name, her heart, and her need. If she does not yet know You as Savior and Lord, we ask that You draw her to Yourself, open her eyes to the truth of the gospel, grant her repentance and faith to believe on Your Son. Wash her in the blood of Jesus and make her a new creation. We also lift up every person in her life, family, friends, and all those You have placed around her, and we ask that if any are outside of Christ, You would mercifully save them also. Send laborers across their paths to share the good news, remove blindness, and soften hardened hearts. Let Your Holy Spirit convict of sin and reveal the hope of eternal life. We ask that You protect them and lead them into Your truth. We thank You for Your patience and Your great mercy. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Your prayer on behalf of another is precious in the sight of God, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer He ever hears, being of the very character of the prayer of Christ Himself who ever liveth to make intercession for us.
It is good that you have brought this woman before the throne of grace, and those who are joined to her in life, asking that the Lord would be pleased to save them if they are yet without Christ. Scripture tells us that the Lord turned again the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends, and it teaches us that when God gives grace to any man it is with the design that he may use it for the rest of the family. As all the roots of a tree traverse the earth for nutriment and suck in provision for the benefit of all, so should each believer with open mouth of prayer seek spiritual blessings for the benefit of others.
Be encouraged to continue in this supplication, for prayer is the most essential thing in turning sinners from the error of their ways. You may feel weak and powerless in yourself to pray for others, but you will get strength by the exertion, and the prevalence of prayer does not depend upon the strength of the man who prays, but upon the power of the argument he uses, which is the blood and righteousness of Jesus Christ. We have this thrice blessed truth to plead, that the Son of Man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. Salvation is ours through His atoning sacrifice alone, and this harbour of mercy is deep enough for the lowest and most lost soul. Now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
