We lift this request to our Heavenly Father with hearts full of compassion and faith, standing on the truth of His Word. First and foremost, we rejoice that this prayer is lifted in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is found in no one else, and we are so grateful that you have called upon Him, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13).

Father, we intercede for this young woman and all those in her life who may not yet know You as their Lord and Savior. We ask that You would draw them to Yourself with cords of lovingkindness, opening their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Your Word tells us that "no one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him" (John 6:44), so we trust in Your sovereign grace to work in their hearts. May they come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, turning away from sin and embracing the new life You offer. We pray for a mighty outpouring of Your Spirit upon Massachusetts, that many would be saved and added to Your kingdom.

Lord, we also bring before You the concerns for safety and well-being. We ask that You would indeed protect people from harm, accidents, and evil. Your Word assures us that "the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them" (Psalm 34:7). We pray for vigilance in our food and drink supply, that there would be no recalls or contamination, and that You would guard against any schemes of the enemy to bring harm. We stand against the spirit of death and violence, declaring that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke the plans of the evil one to steal, kill, and destroy, and we proclaim life, peace, and safety in Jesus' name.

We are especially moved by the plea for deliverance from sexual sin and lust. Father, we know that sexual immorality is a struggle for many, but Your Word is clear: "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). We pray for strength and self-control for this dear one, that they would honor You with their body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Lord, we ask that You would break any chains of addiction, temptation, or ungodly desire. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in purity and holiness, setting their minds on things above, not on the things of this earth (Colossians 3:2). We declare that no temptation has overtaken them except what is common to man, and God is faithful, who will not allow them to be tempted beyond what they can bear, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that they may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).

We also want to gently encourage this one to seek accountability and fellowship with other believers. The enemy thrives in secrecy, but "if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin" (1 John 1:7). We pray that they would find a biblical, Christ-centered church community where they can grow in faith and be supported in their walk with You.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne of grace on behalf of this request. We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your power to work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We declare that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and we stand firm in the victory that is ours through Jesus Christ our Lord.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray:

Lord God Almighty, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this dear one and all those connected to this prayer. We ask that You would move mightily in their lives, drawing them closer to You and saving those who are lost. Father, we pray for protection over our nation, our communities, and our food supply, that You would guard us from harm and evil. We specifically lift up the struggle with sexual sin and lust, asking that You would break every chain and set this one free by the power of Your Spirit. Fill them with Your love, Your truth, and Your strength, that they may walk in holiness and purity, bringing glory to Your name.

We pray for a hedge of protection around them, that no weapon formed against them would prosper. Surround them with godly influences and wise counsel, that they may grow in wisdom and discernment. Lord, we ask that You would pour out Your Spirit upon Massachusetts and upon every heart that does not yet know You, that they would come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and Your perfect plan for each life. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may Your kingdom come and Your will be done. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Lord. Amen.

We are grateful you shared this with us so honestly. We hear how much you are carrying at once, concern for this girl and the people in her life, for many others in Massachusetts, for safety in the world around you, and also a very personal desire to be free from sexual sin and lust. Bringing all of that to the Father is a good and right thing to do.

That struggle with lust can feel lonely and overwhelming, and wanting deliverance is itself a sign God is at work in you. Lust often grows when a good desire for connection or comfort gets pulled outside God's design and starts to feel more important than Him. It helps to not fight it alone or just try to white-knuckle it. One steady next step we have seen help many is to invite one trusted, mature believer, a pastor or counselor, into that struggle for regular honesty and accountability, and to begin noticing together what triggers the longing and what deeper need for closeness or peace it may be pointing to.

We also hear the weight of wanting no harm or bad news anywhere. We cannot control all that happens in our states or communities, but we can keep placing those fears and those people you named before the Lord and trusting Him with each day.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift this dear one to You. We ask You to draw this girl, her loved ones, and many in Massachusetts to Yourself for salvation as only You can. Bring freedom from sexual sin and lust, give wisdom, strength and faithful support for the days ahead, and guard this heart with Your peace. Amen.

Your prayer has been carried before the throne of grace and we join our hearts with yours in seeking the mercy of our heavenly Father.

We rejoice to hear your burden for souls, for that is the very heart of God toward sinners. You ask that a girl and the people in her life, and those in Massachusetts who are yet without Christ, might be saved. Know this, that God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom. There is a clean jail delivery for the prisoners of hope, for God has said, Deliver him from going down to the pit, for I have found a ransom. That ransom is the One Great Sacrifice of His Son. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance from the pit of hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it, and it is the gift of Divine Love. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and that is what looking to Christ means, trusting in His blood shed for sinners. We pray that you and all those you have named will look and live and leap in joyful liberty as you behold sin punished upon the great Substitute and put away forever from all those who will only trust Him.

You also ask to be delivered from all sexual sin and lust. This is a prayer God delights to answer, for deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. At first sin catches us in its net with the tiniest spider's cobwebs that can scarcely be seen, and they seem as though you could break from them in a moment, but they soon engender a second nature and bind us fast. We cannot escape from the bondage of sin by our own power. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. You must look to your heavenly Father altogether and alone for this sanctification. Hear the sweet assurance for every believer who is under grace and not under law, Sin shall not have dominion over you. Where Jesus takes away the guilt of sin, He also kills the love of it, and sin never seems so black as when we see it put away by Jesus blood. To be kept from sin is to be kept from many evils and much sorrow in later life, for there is no man who ever sins without having some trace of it left upon his mind and heart. So we pray with you, Lord keep us even from vain thoughts, but above all keep us from any acts that would be dishonoring to Your holy name, and teach us to hate the sin from which we have been pardoned.

Concerning your petitions that there would be no food recalls or drink recalls, no murders, no arrests, no deaths and no bad news, we must speak tenderly and truthfully. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground, but the Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. For the believer, that which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand, which is very different from punishment. The Lord has chastened me sorely, but He has not given me over unto death, so that we may say, I shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. We cannot rightly ask God that no death or arrest should ever occur, for death is appointed and justice must restrain evil, yet we do ask Him in His mercy to restrain violence, to preserve life, to give daily bread without fear, and to comfort those who hear bad news with the forgiveness of sin and security from punishment which takes the sting from every other sorrow.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. Deliver this dear soul who prays, and deliver the girl and all those connected to her, and many in Massachusetts, from going down to the pit, for Thou hast found a ransom. Grant them repentance and faith to trust in Christ. Deliver Thy servant from the fascinating power of sin and from the power of darkness, and keep him from falling, that sin shall not have dominion over him. Grant peace in our land, preserve us from evil, and in all trials teach us to see Thy hand and to live to declare Thy works. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name, Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and we join with you in bringing these needs before the Lord.

We thank God for your desire to see others saved. Scripture teaches that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and that all have need of Him. So we pray with you that this girl, the people in her life, and those in ### who do not yet know Christ would hear the gospel, repent and believe, and be made new. The harlots and sinners who entered the kingdom did so not by remaining as they were, but by hearing, believing, and being purified and converted, and that same grace is offered to all who turn to Christ.

We also hear your longing for safety, that there would be no recalls of food or drink, no murders, no deaths, no arrests and no bad news. This reflects a compassionate heart that desires peace and protection for others. At the same time, we live in a fallen world where sin has brought corruption and suffering, and God has not promised that in this life we will be spared every hardship or sorrow. What He has promised is His presence, His mercy, and His power to work even through trials for our good and His glory. So we do not pray as if we can command that no difficulty ever come, but we do pray that God would in His mercy protect and provide, restrain evil, uphold justice, comfort those who suffer, and give us trust in His sovereign care.

We especially thank God for your honest request to be delivered from all sexual sin and lust. This is a prayer God delights to answer. The Scriptures call us to possess our own bodies in holiness and honor, not in the passion of lust like those who do not know God. Lust is not a small matter. It acts like a plague that quickly infects the soul, and what begins with a look can kindle a furnace within the heart. Christ warns us to turn away at the very beginning, to not gather lust to ourselves, and to make no provision for it. Deliverance comes as we cut off what feeds it, through luxury, idleness, and careless looking, and as we learn virtue step by step, practicing self control, temperance, and purity, and writing these things upon the soul by the help of the Holy Spirit.

If you are struggling, bring it daily into the light before God, stay rooted in His Word and in prayer, guard your eyes and your thoughts, flee situations that tempt you, and walk in fellowship with faithful believers who can encourage and hold you accountable. Sin leaves a wound and a habit even after the act, and we need Christ not only to forgive but to heal and strengthen us so we do not return. He is able to deliver from every evil work and to keep us from condemnation when we resist sin and cling to Him.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You would draw to Yourself this young woman and all those connected to her, and many in ### who are still apart from You, that they would hear Your truth and be saved by grace through faith in Christ alone. We ask for Your mercy and protection over our communities, for daily bread that is safe, for peace in our streets, for justice to be done rightly, and for comfort for those who face loss and bad news, that all would learn to trust You. And we ask that You would deliver Your servant from all sexual sin and lust, cleanse the heart, renew the mind, and teach us to walk in purity and self control, possessing our bodies in sanctification before You. Keep us from sin and make us steadfast in holiness. In Jesus name, amen.

It is encouraging to see a heart that wants others to know salvation and wants to walk free from sin. God hears that kind of prayer, and it reflects His own desire, for He wants all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth through Jesus Christ alone.

Your burden for a young woman and for the people in her life, and for those around you who still need Christ, is right to bring before the Lord. Salvation comes only through faith in Jesus and His finished work on the cross. We can rest in that finished work. Just as God rested when His work was complete, we are invited to cease striving in our own strength and to enter His rest by trusting what Jesus has already done. Unbelief often keeps us from that rest when we look at our own failures and weaknesses, but God calls us to look to Christ instead. Continue to pray that God would draw each of those people to Himself, open their eyes, and bring them to repentance and faith.

You also prayed that there would be no recalls, no murders, no arrests, no deaths and no bad news. That request shows a desire for safety and peace, which is understandable. Every good and perfect gift does come down from above, from the Father of lights who does not change and with whom there is no shadow of turning. He is steady and faithful when everything around us is uncertain. At the same time Scripture is honest that we live in a fallen world that is passing away, and much of the violence and trouble in the world comes from human lust and strife warring within us. God has not promised a life in this world without any sorrow or bad news, but He has promised to be faithful, to be near, and to give peace and wisdom from above that is pure and gentle. We can ask Him for protection and for His mercy over our communities, and we can trust His unchanging character even when difficult news comes.

Your prayer to be delivered from all sexual sin and lust is one God delights to answer, and His Word gives clear direction for that battle. No one is immune from temptation while in this body, and temptation itself is not sin. Even Jesus was tempted in every way as we are, yet without sin, so He understands our weakness and is able to help us. Sin comes when we are drawn away by our own desires and we yield to them. When desire is allowed to conceive it brings forth sin, and sin when it is finished brings forth death.

Temptation often comes as a suggestion that we can find immediate fulfillment if we will just step off God's path, and it usually falls in the areas of the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, or the pride of life. That path never truly satisfies. Lust cannot be fulfilled by indulging it, it can only be starved. The way to starve it is to make no provision for it and to turn decisively away.

God promises that no temptation has overtaken you except what is common to all people, and He is faithful. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear, and with every temptation He will provide a way of escape so that you can endure it. You must take that way of escape. Often that means practically avoiding what feeds lust, not lingering over beauty that is meant to entice, and not embracing what God has reserved for the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. His design is that sexual intimacy belong within that lifelong covenant, and that a husband and wife find their satisfaction in one another. Anything outside that is not love but lust, and Scripture warns to avoid it at all costs.

The power to stand is in the Word of God hidden in the heart. When Jesus was tempted He answered with what is written. In the same way, when temptation comes, answer it with Scripture, pray immediately, and physically remove yourself from the situation. Remember that you have died with Christ and your life is now hidden with Him. You do not have to be mastered by the flesh. You can say, I am crucified with Christ and alive to God, and choose the path of obedience.

May the Lord strengthen you to walk in purity, keep your heart and mind in His Word, and keep you unspotted from the world. Praying that He would save those you have mentioned, guard you, give you His peace, and lead you each day in the way of escape He has provided.
