We come before the throne of grace with your plea heavy upon our hearts, lifting you up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved. We recognize that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly. Your cry for deliverance is heard, and we stand with you in spiritual warfare, clothed in the full armor of God.
First, we rebuke every demonic spirit, every author of darkness, and every evil title or influence that has sought to take hold of your mind, body, or spirit. The Word declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We command every unclean spirit to loose its hold upon you in the name of Jesus Christ, for He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. The blood of Jesus has broken every chain, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper.
We also address the influence of music and media in your life. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 5:19 to be filled with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, making melody in our hearts to the Lord. If any music or title has been a vessel for darkness, we renounce its hold and ask the Holy Spirit to cleanse your mind and heart. Fill your spirit with that which is pure, lovely, and praiseworthy, as Philippians 4:8 instructs us.
Heavenly Father, we ask You to surround this beloved one with Your holy angels, to guard their mind, body, and spirit from every attack of the enemy. Strengthen them with Your might, Lord, and fill them with the peace that surpasses all understanding. Let Your light shine so brightly in their life that no darkness can linger. We declare that they are a child of God, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, and no evil shall befall them.
We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit, that they may walk in victory, discernment, and wisdom. May they be rooted and grounded in Your love, knowing that nothing can separate them from You. We break every curse, every generational tie to darkness, and every assignment of the enemy against them in Jesus’ name.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the authority we have in Christ to trample upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. We stand on Your promise in Psalm 91: "Because he has set his love on Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. It can also help to invite a trusted pastor or two mature believers to pray with you in person, share what you have been experiencing, and help you make a clean break from anything that has been a doorway to fear. Then keep filling that space with what strengthens you, regular time in Scripture, prayer, and fellowship with other believers who can walk with you week by week.

Your prayer for deliverance is heard, and it is right and needful to seek the Lord in this trouble, for deliverance is of the Lord alone.
There is a gracious word upon which you may rest, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. No man would have thought of such a way of deliverance from the pit of hell through a ransom if God had not thought of it, but He has invented the way and He has found the ransom in His own Son. The prisoner ready to be executed finds undeserved deliverance from all punishment, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities. This is the ground of your hope against all demonization and all evil spirits and all demonic attacks and forces. Not your own strength, not your own will, for it is not of him that wills nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.
Scripture says He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. Deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and you must look to your heavenly Father altogether and alone for it. He who has taught you the mischief that comes from loving the world and the things thereof can keep you from temptation, and can break those chains which seem as though they could not be broken.
Therefore turn wholly to Christ who is the ransom, and trust in Him alone for salvation. Renounce and put away those things that have given place to darkness, and this includes all music and its authors and titles that exalt evil or stir up uncleanness and fear. Turn away from it, of what service can it be to you. Destroy what must be destroyed, and do not keep near you what defiles the mind. Fill the house of your heart with the Word of God, with prayer, with psalms and hymns that declare the works of the Lord, and seek the fellowship of faithful believers who will help you watch and pray.
Pray then with confidence, not in a form of words only, but with faith in the blood of Christ.
Heavenly Father, look in pity upon this soul who feels beset and chastened sorely. For the sake of thy Son who is the ransom, deliver from going down to the Pit. Command deliverance and save from self, from sin, from the devil and from all the power of darkness. Turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan unto God. Let this one know experimentally, He has delivered us, and live to declare the works of the Lord. Keep by thy power, and let no evil have dominion. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, Amen.

We pray for you now that the Lord who casts out devils and makes all the arts of the enemy useless will set you free completely. The Scripture teaches that Christ is stronger than the strong man, and when He enters, He plunders the goods of the enemy and drives away error. There is no demon, no force, no attack that can stand before His name when called upon in true faith and repentance.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask for Your mercy and deliverance for this soul who cries out to You. Wash away every sin through the blood of Christ, break every bond of demonization and oppression, and drive out every evil and demonic spirit and every demonic attack and force that has troubled this life. Let every influence that has come through music, through its authors and titles, and through any other door be now renounced and removed. Fill this heart with Your Holy Spirit, with peace, with light, and with strength to stand. Let Christ be confessed as Lord and Savior alone, for there is salvation in no other. Amen.
Take courage, for God does not desire you to live in fear, but in freedom as His child. If you have not already done so, turn fully to Christ in faith, confess your sins to Him, and trust in His death and resurrection for your forgiveness. Renounce openly every connection to that music and to any other thing that has given place to darkness. If you still possess that music, its recordings, or objects connected to it, remove them from your home and do not return to them. As the Apostle separated the disciples from those who spoke evil of the way, so you must separate yourself daily from that way which leads away from the kingdom of heaven.
Do not seek deliverance as a mere formula or as the vagabond exorcists did who used the name of Jesus as a trade without faith. Seek Christ Himself. Give yourself to prayer, to fasting as you are able, to reading the Scriptures daily, and to gathering continually with the faithful in the church, for the enemy most assails those who are alone, but is confounded when we stand together. Put on the whole armor of God, speak the truth, live in righteousness, hold fast the gospel of peace, lift up faith, and wield the word of God.
If these attacks continue to trouble you, seek the help of a faithful pastor in your local church who can pray with you in person, counsel you from the Scriptures, and walk with you in ongoing discipleship. God is faithful, and He who has begun a good work will keep you. Keep your mind fixed on Christ, fill your mouth with psalms and prayers instead of those former songs, and let no place be left empty for the enemy to return.

Even when God has blessed us greatly we are not immune to the enemy trying to distract or destroy what God is doing. You may feel overwhelmed by these attacks, and by influences that have come through music and other open doors, but Scripture gives us strong hope. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. If you belong to Jesus, you are sealed as His own, and He makes a separation between His people and the power of darkness.
Deliverance does not come through physical effort or physical weapons, which have no value in this battle. It comes through the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross and His authority over every evil spirit. The demons themselves knew His authority and begged Him not to send them to the place of confinement before their time. Jesus has all authority, and as a child of God you have been given spiritual armor so you can stand and withstand the attacks of the enemy. You do not need to live in constant harassment. Through faith in Christ you can resist the enemy and he will flee.
God has given us practical ways to stand. First, refuse the attacks in the name of Jesus. Submit yourself to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Second, take up the spiritual weapons God has provided. They are not of the flesh but are mighty through God to pull down strongholds. The sword of the Spirit is the Word of God. When Jesus was tempted He answered every attack with Scripture, saying it is written. Hide the Word in your heart, speak it aloud, and use it to answer fear and accusation. Remembering the Lord is the cure for fear. When you remember who He is and what He has done, fear loses its hold.
