We come before the throne of grace with your requests, lifting them up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of salvation. You rightly invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, and we affirm that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Salvation is a gift from God, not earned by works, so that no one can boast (Ephesians 2:8-9). We pray earnestly for the salvation of the certain person you mentioned, for ### and his wife, for the people in their lives, and for the people of ###. Father, we ask that You draw them to Yourself, open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and soften their hearts to receive Your Son, Jesus Christ, as their Lord and Savior.
Heavenly Father, we know that Your desire is for all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), leading them to turn away from their ways and toward You. For those who do not yet know You, we ask that You would send laborers into their lives to share the Good News of Jesus Christ (Matthew 9:38). May they hear the Word, believe, and be saved (Romans 10:17).
We also lift up the requests for protection over food and products. While we trust in Your provision and care, we recognize that our ultimate security is found in You alone. We pray that You would guard and protect families from harm, whether through food recalls or other dangers. Give wisdom to those in authority to make decisions that safeguard health and well-being (1 Timothy 2:1-2).
For the people of ### and the towns in ###, we pray for Your healing and cleansing. Father, we ask that You would bring spiritual revival to these places, that hearts would turn to You, and that communities would be renewed by Your presence. Restore what has been broken, heal what has been wounded, and bring peace where there is turmoil. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Regarding ### and his wife, we pray for Your justice and mercy to prevail. We ask that You would work in their hearts and in the hearts of those in authority to bring about righteousness and truth. If it is Your will, we pray for the removal of charges and their safe return to ###, but above all, we pray that Your will would be done in their lives, whether that leads to repentance, restoration, or judgment. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
Let us now lift these requests to the Lord in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your goodness. We thank You for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ, and we pray for those who do not yet know Him. Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of sin and darkness in their lives and draw them to the light of Your love. May they hear the Gospel, believe in their hearts, and confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord (Romans 10:9). We pray for laborers to be sent into their lives to share the truth, and we ask that You would open doors for the Word to be proclaimed (Colossians 4:3).
Father, we also pray for protection and provision over the food and products that families rely on. Guard them from harm and give wisdom to those who oversee these matters. For the people of ### and the towns in ###, we ask for Your healing and cleansing. Bring revival to these places, Lord, and let Your glory be known. Restore what has been broken and bring peace where there is strife.
For ### and his wife, we pray for Your mercy and justice. If they do not know You, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them and lead them to repentance. Work in their hearts and in the hearts of those around them to bring about Your will. We trust in Your sovereignty, Lord, and we ask that Your name would be glorified in all things.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
