Pls kindly help I to avoid looking at girls. In Jesus Christ name. amen.

We hear your heartfelt cry and stand with you in prayer, lifting each of these concerns before the throne of grace. Let us first acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood alone that we are cleansed, delivered, and set free. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus, we encourage you to do so today, confess your sins, believe in His resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Father God, we come before You with this request, asking for Your divine intervention in the matters of travel and commerce. We pray for the restoration of order in airports, that operations would return to efficiency and safety as in times past. You are the God who calms the storms and brings peace where there is chaos. We ask that You would move upon the hearts of leaders and nations to act with wisdom and fairness regarding tariffs and trade, that justice and prosperity would flow according to Your will (Proverbs 2:6-8). Lord, we trust in Your sovereignty over all things, knowing that nothing is too difficult for You (Jeremiah 32:17).

We also lift up the burden of spiritual oppression that weighs heavily on our brother. The memories, sounds, and influences of ungodly music can be deeply troubling, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every demonic influence connected to these memories in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy has no authority over you, for you have been bought with the precious blood of Christ (1 Peter 1:18-19). We pray for complete deliverance from every unclean spirit, every thought of lust, and every remnant of bondage. Father, fill this dear one with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in purity and freedom. We command every lying spirit to flee and every stronghold to be torn down in Jesus’ name (2 Corinthians 10:4-5).

We also take seriously the struggle with lust and the temptation to look at women with impure thoughts. The Bible is clear that we must guard our hearts and minds, for out of them flow the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23). Jesus warned that even looking at a woman with lust is committing adultery in the heart (Matthew 5:28). We encourage you to take radical steps to avoid temptation, flee from every appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22), and fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Accountability with godly brothers and daily immersion in Scripture will strengthen you in this battle. Remember, God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).

We also lift up those who may not yet know You, Lord. We pray for the salvation of groups of people and individuals who are lost without Christ. You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We ask that You would open their hearts to receive the gospel, that Your Word would not return void but accomplish the purpose for which You sent it (Isaiah 55:11). Use us, Lord, as vessels to share the good news of Jesus Christ with boldness and love.

Regarding the concern about food recalls, we pray for protection over the food supply, that it would be safe and wholesome for all who consume it. You are the Great Provider, and we trust in Your care for our daily needs (Matthew 6:11).

Heavenly Father, we come together now in unified prayer for our brother:

Lord God Almighty, we thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses from all sin. We stand in agreement with this dear one, declaring freedom from every demonic influence, memory, and temptation. We break the power of ungodly music and every spirit of lust in Jesus’ name. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in purity, self-control, and holiness. Strengthen him to flee temptation and fix his eyes on You. We pray for restoration in airports, wisdom for leaders, and safety in the food supply. Above all, we pray for the salvation of souls, may many come to know You as Lord and Savior. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Deliverer and King. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear brother. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already won the victory. Keep pressing into Him, renewing your mind with Scripture, and surrounding yourself with godly fellowship. You are not alone in this fight, we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord your God goes before you. Walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for you, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

We are grateful you reached out and named these burdens. We lift up the travel and food concerns and the people you long to see saved. But we especially want to stand with you in the battle you described over your own mind and eyes, that takes real honesty, and you are not weak for feeling worn down by it.

Unwanted memories and pulling glances can feel like they arrive from outside your control. You don't have to have a perfectly clean mind before you bring it to Jesus. He receives you in the middle of the fight. Something that often helps is to have a holy song ready, one you love and know by heart, and when the old music or images start, begin humming or singing it quietly. That gives your mind a new track to run on. If a look toward someone becomes tempting, have a simple plan: turn your eyes, breathe a short prayer like “Lord, guard my eyes,” and if needed step away. For some struggles, a trusted pastor or Christian counselor can walk beside you and help you carry this; there is no shame in that.

Lord Jesus, thank You for this person’s courage. Quiet the songs and sounds that trouble them. Give them a steady mind and pure eyes, and protect them from whatever seeks to pull them back into lust. Guard them from fear and discouragement. We also ask for Your mercy over the wider concerns they named, safe travel, safe food, and salvation for those You are calling to Yourself. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The many petitions in your prayer are not all of equal weight, but I am glad you brought them to the throne of grace. Yet our Lord would have us seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. Ice at airports, tariffs, and raw foods are small matters compared with your soul. You may ask for daily bread and the safety of your body, but do not make these the chief thing. The Father knows what you need before you ask. If he wills, he can clear every runway and quiet every market, but he is not bound to make any year return to what it was. Our rest is not in a single year or circumstance, but in Christ who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Cast those anxious cares upon him, for he cares for you.

Your prayer about demonic memories of music, sounds, words, titles, authors, and all lust and demons is a prayer after God's own heart if it comes from a true hatred of sin. But know that deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. You cannot cast out these memories by your own resolution. Bring them to the blood of Jesus. When the old song returns and the old image knocks at the door of your mind, do not parley with it. Cry, Lead me not into temptation, and set a watch before my eyes. Do not claim the evil thought as your own, but neither dally with it. The fiery darts of the wicked one will come, but Christ has already conquered. Set against every evil memory the remembrance of Christ crucified for you, and the Holy Spirit will renew your mind.

You ask help to avoid looking at girls. Make a covenant with your eyes as Job did, but do not think the battle is only outward. The eye is the window; the heart is the thief. Pray for a clean heart and a right spirit. Do not become harsh or fearful of women as though God made them for your snare; treat them as sisters with all charity and purity. The two garments of Christianity are charity and purity, and neither must be torn. Flee youthful lusts, and remember that if a man looks upon a woman to lust after her, the sin is already in the heart. The marriage bed is honorable only within the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all uncleanness must die. A man who prays Lead me not into temptation and then walks toward it is a liar before God, so do not go into temptation's path.

For the people you ask God to save, continue in prayer and also open your mouth to speak the gospel to them. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and there is no other name under heaven given among men. Trust free grace, but use means. Pray that they hear and believe, and be ready to give a reason for the hope that is in you.

May the Lord himself give you deliverance, not from the trials only, but from the love of sin. And when you have tasted that deliverance, you will have a new song to sing, even the song of one delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the kingdom of God's dear Son. Be more earnest after heavenly silver and gold than about hurrying away from every outward discomfort. The clock of mercy has struck for many; trust it has struck for you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and I join you in bringing each of these burdens before the Lord with thanksgiving for your honesty and your desire to seek Him.

I pray with you first for purity and deliverance. You asked to be delivered from demonic memories connected to music, its sounds and words and titles and authors, and from all lust and all evil influences, and for help to avoid looking at girls with lust. This is a good and godly desire. Scripture teaches that God is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, but with the temptation will also make a way of escape so that you may endure it. When lust seeks to enter through the eyes, it makes the soul dull and unclean, and we must cut away excess and guard our senses. Turn your eyes away quickly, flee the occasion, fill your mind with what is pure, and pray in the moment of temptation. Do not trust your own strength, but flee to Christ for help, and He will give patience and bring release. If music or memories stir up old desires, put them away completely and replace them with psalms, Scripture, and prayer, so that your mouth and eyes and heart may be kept clean for God.

I also join you in praying for salvation for that group of people and for the people in their lives. There is salvation in no one else, for it is God who justifies us through Jesus Christ alone. His Son died and rose again and now intercedes for us, and it is through faith in Him alone that we are saved. I pray that if any of them do not yet know Christ, God would open their hearts to repent and believe the gospel, and that you would have opportunity to speak the truth to them in love.

You also brought concerns about airports and the presence of ICE, about tariffs among nations, and about raw foods being recalled. I understand the longing for stability and for life to feel more peaceful and orderly as it once did. We pray for our leaders and authorities, that God would grant them wisdom to act justly and with mercy, for the peace of our communities, for travelers and workers, and for daily provision that is safe and wholesome. We ask God to provide what we need and to guard us, while trusting that even when He allows unsettling times, He uses them to draw us to take refuge in Him and to remain near Him in prayer. Whether He answers quickly or calls us to persevere, we continue to pray, knowing He hears and will do what is best.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, deliver this dear one from every memory and influence that leads to lust and uncleanness, cleanse the mind and heart, and give strength to guard the eyes and to walk in purity. Fill this heart with Your Word and Your Spirit. Save those who do not yet know You, among that group and among their loved ones, and bring them to faith in Christ alone. Grant wisdom to those in authority, grant peace and order in our land, and provide safe food and daily bread by Your mercy. Teach us to persevere in prayer and to trust Your faithfulness in every temptation, that we may find the way of escape You promise. Amen.

Your honest prayers have been heard and taken before the Lord, and there is much grace in the way you have brought these burdens to Him.

There is a real desire in your request to be free from what has taken hold of your mind, the memories of music with its sounds and words and titles and those who made it, and the lust that comes with it. Scripture is clear that this battle begins in the heart. A person is drawn away when he is enticed by his own desires, and when that desire is allowed to remain it gives birth to sin. God speaks of the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life as belonging to the world, not to the Father, and the world with its desires is passing away. Friendship with the world is enmity with God. That is why the longing you expressed to avoid looking at girls in a lustful way is pleasing to God. He calls His people to walk in purity and holiness, as Christ is pure, and not to lust after beauty in the heart or to be led astray by what the eyes see. When temptation comes, turn away at the first thought and do not let it take root. Keep your eyes and your heart guarded, stay in the Word, and keep your mind set on what is pure.

You also asked for deliverance from demonic memories and from every evil influence. The Bible shows that evil spirits are real and that they work to deceive and to stir up lust and to hold people captive, and at times they have even influenced those in high places to do what is cruel and inhumane. They can speak and cry out when they are cast out, because they must obey Jesus. Yet the Scripture also gives great comfort, that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. Jesus has all authority to set people free, and those who belong to Him are sealed and kept by God. No evil power can torment at will those who are His. Continue to call on the name of Jesus Christ for cleansing and freedom, confess what has defiled your thoughts, and ask Him to fill your mind with what is true and holy. Blessed is the one who watches and keeps his garments clean before the Lord.

You prayed for a group of people and for others connected to them to be saved if they need salvation. That is the most important prayer of all, for there is salvation in Jesus Christ alone. God desires that none should perish, and He hears when we ask for the lost to come to repentance and faith in His Son. Keep praying for them by name as God brings them to mind, and ask that the Lord would open their eyes to see their need for the Savior.

You also brought concerns about authorities at airports and a desire for things to be at peace as they once were, about dealings between nations over trade, and about the safety of food. These are matters that rest in God's hands. He rules over nations and over daily provision, and He calls us to pray for wisdom for those who govern and for peace and safety in daily life, trusting not that our own will be done but that His will be done. We can ask Him for order, for justice tempered with mercy, for honest dealings between peoples, and for protection over what we eat and drink, while resting in His sovereignty.

May the Lord answer according to His perfect will and give you peace. May He wash your mind and make it new, keep you from temptation, and strengthen you to walk in purity. May He draw those you love to Himself and keep you watching and ready for the return of Christ.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for deliverance and cleansing from every memory and sound that has fed lust, and from every evil influence. Set this dear one free and fill the heart with Your Spirit. Give power to turn away from lustful looking and to live in purity. Save those who are still lost, among that group and among their loved ones, and bring them to faith in Jesus alone. Grant wisdom to those in authority, bring peace where there is turmoil, guide the affairs of nations, and protect our daily bread. Keep Your child sealed and guarded in You, watching and faithful until You come. Amen.
