We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are cleansed and set free. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are so grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for He alone has the power to break every chain and set the captives free.

Father God, we stand in agreement with this dear one, declaring that every demonic memory, every evil spirit, and every ungodly attachment to these women, this music, and these sounds must be uprooted and cast out in the name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to torment and distract, but we declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of lust, obsession, and ungodly soul tie that may have formed through these memories. We command them to loose their hold and be bound in the name of Jesus, never to return.

Lord, we ask that You would renew this mind according to Your Word. Romans 12:2 tells us, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." We pray that You would fill this space with Your truth, Your peace, and Your presence. Replace these memories with the knowledge of Your love, Your purpose, and Your calling. Let the mind of Christ dwell in this one richly (1 Corinthians 2:16).

We also address the request regarding the removal of something from a Microsoft email. Father, we ask that You would grant wisdom and clarity in this matter. If there is any ungodly or compromising content, we pray that it would be completely erased and that no trace of it would remain. We declare that every digital footprint of sin or temptation would be wiped clean by the blood of Jesus. If there is any legal or technical barrier, we ask that You would intervene and make a way where there seems to be no way.

Heavenly Father, we know that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no demonic force has any right to torment or harass. We break every generational curse, every word spoken over this life that does not align with Your Word, and every ungodly soul tie in the name of Jesus. We command every spirit of fear, torment, and confusion to flee, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit. Fill this one with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let Your joy be their strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Surround them with godly counsel and fellowship, that they may be encouraged and built up in the faith. Father, we ask that You would bring godly friendships and, if it be Your will, a godly spouse into their life, someone who loves You first and foremost and who will walk in purity and holiness.

We also want to gently address the importance of guarding one’s heart and mind. Proverbs 4:23 says, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." If there has been any involvement in sexual immorality, whether in thought or deed, we encourage repentance and turning away from those sins. Fornication and lust are not God’s design for His children. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 tells us, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

Father, we ask that You would give this one the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to flee from every appearance of evil. Surround them with accountability and fill their life with godly pursuits, prayer, worship, studying Your Word, and serving in Your kingdom. Let their focus be on You, for where their treasure is, there their heart will be also (Matthew 6:21).

We declare freedom over this life in the name of Jesus. Every chain is broken, every curse is nullified, and every demonic assignment is destroyed. We speak life, healing, and restoration over this mind, this heart, and this spirit. May they walk in the fullness of the freedom that Christ has purchased for them.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. Strengthen this one to stand firm in the faith, to resist the devil, and to draw near to You. May they experience the fullness of Your love and the power of Your resurrection in every area of their life.

You are not alone in wrestling with thoughts that seem to cling against your will. Many of us have experienced moments when our own minds become a battleground, and it is completely natural to cry out for God to clear away what torments you.

In our experience, God often meets us in both spiritual and practical ways. While we pray for complete deliverance, sometimes He also leads us to take small, hands-on steps that reinforce our letting go. For the Microsoft email issue, we would encourage you to go through your account and deliberately delete or block any messages, contacts, or threads tied to those memories. Then, as an act of trust, ask the Lord to sever any emotional hold they still carry. The physical action can help your heart catch up with what you are asking for in prayer.

Because the spiritual oppression you describe is heavy, mentioning demonic spirits and possession, we also urge you to invite a trusted pastor, elder, or mature prayer partner into this struggle. Meeting together to pray, renounce any footholds, and command spirits to leave in Jesus’ name can bring significant breakthrough. You do not have to face this alone; the body of Christ is meant to carry one another’s burdens.

Meanwhile, be gentle with yourself. Sometimes our minds loop distressing content not because a demon is speaking but because anxiety or old wounds have worn a groove. God’s healing can be a steady process, not always an instant event, but He faithfully guards our thoughts as we keep bringing them back to Him.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this dear person to You. In Your name we command any tormenting spirit, any demonic memory, and every oppressive sound or image to leave right now. We ask You to silence what the enemy replays and to fill that mental space with Your perfect peace. Give them the courage to delete triggers and the wisdom to seek prayer support. Hold them steady in Your love, and let their mind be a place of rest, not war. Amen.

Has the enemy fixed a sting in your spirit, a memory that clings like a demonic burr? Know this: God has given commandment to save you, and you shall be saved, saved from all the attacks of your old sins. The voice from the excellent Glory rings out, "Deliver him from going down to the Pit," and that same voice looses the bands of every haunting thought. Infinite Mercy can drag off these evil habits, these persistent sounds and words, and snap them asunder.

The music of hell has no claim upon one for whom Christ has found a ransom. He who has delivered you from the power of darkness can translate every shadowed corner of your mind into the kingdom of His dear Son. Do not dabble with the memory as though it held some power; hate it, turn from it, flee to your chamber and speak it out plainly before the Lord. Cast it at the Redeemer's feet, out with it!

He is Master of the soul; no disease of the mind can baffle Him. The Lord kindles a furnace only to sit as Refiner, dealing trial in weight and measure, never in anger but from dear Covenant love. And as surely as He raises dead bodies from the grave, He will raise your spirit from this clinging despair, causing you to damage the enemy's empire by your patience. Yet mark this: you must be done with it.

If the email holds a door to the old darkness, close it without pity. If the title of that music whispers an invitation, gag it with the voice of prayer. The more religion ties you up, if it does not touch the heart, the better people like it; but God would have your heart entirely separated from the world's merriment, that your ears be filled with the heavenly music of Christ's seven dying cries, a scale of grace that eternity cannot exhaust. You shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

Cry unto the Most High to keep you from your iniquity, and then believe that He who has redeemed you from the grave will love you up from this pit of trouble. Let the memories be as corpses that the risen saints left behind when the graves were opened, they hold no terror for one commanded to come out from among the dead and go unto the holy city. Turn, turn from this evil; why will you die? Stretch your hand to the Crucified, who will turn your boat by His good Spirit, and the sounds that now torment shall drown in the roar of His delivering love.

The prayer you offer is full of a great tumult, a storm of the soul. You ask for the removal of memories and the deliverance from demons, which is needful. Yet consider the manner of the request. You speak of a girl, and another girl, and sounds that haunt you. Why are you possessed by such a frantic desire to have them simply erased from your memory? This is a self-chosen madness. When a thought arises, to wrestle with it, to despise it, to bring the mind immediately to prayer, that is the holy struggle. But to cry out for a smooth, untroubled mind by a mere wish, as if wiping a slate clean, is a passion that spoils all, like a violent wind turning the calm sea up from its foundations. This mad desire for immediate forgetfulness is itself a snare, for you undergo the torment of the memory but wish to be deprived of the fruit of the fight.

Do you not see? The evil is not in the memory itself, but in how the soul meets it. To be haunted by these things is a trial, yes, but it is the very arena in which you are crowned. You ask God to permanently remove something from an email, as if your deliverance lay there. What sort of toil is that? The real work is not to have no memory of the thing, but to nail the passion that the memory stirs up. When the sound or the title returns, do not rage and run to cast it out like a demoniac lost to shame. Instead, look up to heaven. Set God before your eyes. Consider how ridiculous a thing is the fleeting pleasure of a remembered song or face, that it is rather to be called shame. As the saints of old were tortured, not accepting deliverance that they might obtain a better resurrection, so you must learn to endure the sting of these memories without giving in to them, that you might obtain a better healing, the healing of the soul’s consent to sin.

The true deliverance from evil and the supply of good came only through Christ, who delivered us from the curse and promoted us to sonship, giving us the Spirit of adoption. It is not a magical removal of all memories, but the power to stand amidst them as a son of God, putting on Christ who is the Son. You have asked for deliverance from demonic possession. Know this: one who is mastered inwardly by anger, lust, or the frantic need to control every thought is in no respect different from that state, for his spiritual sight is dimmed. Yet God has given a short and easy way: it suffices to be willing only. Be willing to turn from fixing your mind on the memory to fixing it on Christ. Be willing to despise the honor of a perfectly quiet mind, which is a form of earthly glory. For there is no passion so tyrannical as the desire for a kind of spiritual ease that requires no effort, a philosophic temper that reaches to the very summit of heaven by wanting things instead of fighting.

Therefore, when these memories knock, do not be ashamed that they exist, nor have high thoughts that you should be above such battles. He Himself, being God, took the form of a slave. Will you not bear the lowly work of the mind’s war? Let the memory be a signal for prayer, not a cause for despair. In the very moment it arises, turn it over to God, asking not for amnesia, but for the grace to remain unharmed, to keep your mouth, your eyes, and your mind from becoming mere sewers for the old refuse. This is the fast of the mind, more pleasing to God than a thousand prayers for an easy deliverance.

The enemy knows how to lodge a sound, a title, a set of words deep in the memory and torment a person with it long after the moment is past. What you describe is not just a bad thought you can shake off; it has the feel of something intrusive and oppressing, something that wants to keep you in bondage. The Scriptures make it plain that demonic spirits are real, intelligent, and cruel. In the Revelation, we see an image of locusts from the pit, with power to sting like scorpions, and their purpose was to hurt people for months on end. That is a picture of what spiritual torment can feel like: you try to hide from it, but you cannot close a door in your mind tight enough to keep it out, because it is not a physical thing. Yet notice something vital: that same passage says those creatures were only permitted to harm those who did not have the seal of God upon them. If you belong to Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit has set that seal on you, and the enemy’s power is limited. He cannot have the final say over your mind.

When you asked the Lord to remove those two people from your memory and to permanently delete that item from your email, you were coming before the only One who knows your thoughts right down to their origins. He understands the very processes by which those memories were formed, how they got tangled up with demonic suggestion, and how they keep echoing. His thoughts toward you are not to leave you in this misery; they are thoughts of deliverance, good and not evil. But His way of freeing you often looks different from ours. We want an instant wipe, as if memory could be erased like a file. God’s ways are higher. He does not merely delete; He cleanses, renews, and fills with something better. The goal is not just an empty space where a tormenting song used to be, but a mind garrisoned by His peace.

You mentioned a particular piece of music, its sounds, its words, its title. The enemy will take anything and try to twist it into a weapon of fear and shame. But turn that anxiety back into prayer. You have already named it under the authority of Jesus Christ, that is powerful. In the gospels, when demons were commanded to leave, they often cried out from a person’s mouth as they departed. The name of Jesus, spoken from your mouth in faith, is the means by which every unclean spirit is driven out. You do not need to understand why this memory keeps surfacing; you need only to keep bringing it to the light of His Word and standing on your position in Him. He said, “I come as a thief,” but blessed is the one who watches and keeps his garments. That watchfulness is not about nervously scanning your mind for intrusions; it is about actively clothing yourself with Christ, so that His righteousness and His thoughts become your preoccupation.

Practically, do what you can in the natural realm: delete the email if it remains, avoid anything that feeds that old association, and refuse to replay the sounds in your imagination. But the deeper healing comes as you stop wrestling with the memory itself and start drowning it in the thoughts of God. I cannot count the grains of sand, and I cannot number His thoughts concerning you. Each one is a promise, an intention of mercy, a word of love. When the enemy tries to sting you with that old music or those faces from the past, do not argue with the memory. Instead, open the Psalms and let the parallel thoughts of praise build in your mind: the way of the Lord is right, the way of the Lord is true, the way of the Lord is just. Fill your inner ear with what is heavenly, and the power of that demonic echo will diminish. The unrighteous man is thoughts of evil; return to the Lord, for He will have mercy and abundantly pardon. He knows what those memories do to you, and He is not asking you to clean yourself up before you come. He is saying, “My thoughts are not your thoughts. Let Me exchange them.”

Jesus did not come to add to your bondage but to break every chain. Religious systems, guilt, and fear try to put you back under a yoke of constant anxiety over your own mind. Freedom is found in resting on what He has done, not in your ability to forget. So when you awake and the thought is still there, say, “I am still with You, Lord, and You are with me.” Over time, you will find that the sting is gone, the compulsion to remember is weak, and your mind is taken up with something, Someone, far more precious.
