Your prayer reveals a heart moved by the Spirit to reach beyond yourself. That is intercessory prayer, lifting others before the throne of God, pleading for His salvation to break into their lives. And behind that urge is God Himself, for true prayer always begins with Him. He knows every need long before we speak, yet He invites us to join in asking, so that our own hearts become aligned with His mercy.

You ask the Lord to save the people around you, employees, staff, a man, a girl, a woman, and those connected to them. This is the very ministry of Christ, who ever lives to make intercession for transgressors. When you pray for their salvation, you are standing against the blindness that holds souls captive, wielding a spiritual weapon that is mighty through God. Do not grow weary in it. The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous heart accomplishes far more than we can see. Whether or not you see immediate change, trust that the Lord is working. His salvation is near to those who reverence Him, and He desires all to come to the knowledge of the truth.

You also asked Him to remove a certain word from memory permanently. While the Scriptures do not promise a magical erasure of every painful recollection, they do assure us that God can heal the inner man and break the power of anything that haunts us. Bring that word to the Lord in prayer, asking Him to cover it with His peace, to take away its sting, and to renew your mind. The enemy would love to torment you with what is past, but the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin and guilt, and His grace can quiet the accusations that echo in the memory. Over time, as you rest in Him, what once loomed large can fade in the light of His presence.

Continue to stand in the gap for those you named. Pray without ceasing, confident that the Lord hears. And keep your own soul anchored in the truth that Jesus has delivered you from the lowest depths, not because of your merit but because of His great love. He who began a good work in you, and in those for whom you pray, will be faithful to complete it.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart’s joy to lift up each soul mentioned—every person in that place of work, the staff, the man, the girl, the women, and all those connected to them who may be searching for the light of salvation. We have prayed earnestly that their hearts would be softened, their eyes opened, and their spirits drawn to the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

We also joined you in asking the Lord to remove that word from memory permanently, trusting in His power to cleanse and renew. If any of these prayers have been answered—if hearts have turned to Christ, if burdens have been lifted, or if peace has come—we would be so grateful to hear your praise report. Your testimony could encourage others and glorify God.

If, however, the answers have not yet come, or if there is still a sense of waiting, we invite you to post this request again as a new prayer. We are committed to continuing with you in intercession, believing that God hears and moves in His perfect timing. May He strengthen your faith as you press in, and may His love surround you and all those for whom you’ve prayed.
