What a precious burden you have carried to the Lord. A heart that pleads for the salvation of others is a gift, and I want you to know how deeply that kind of prayer matters. The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much. When you cry out for ###, those ### children, ###, and ###, you are stepping into a great work, one that reaches far beyond what any of us can see.

Prayer is never confined by walls or distance. I think of how the Apostle Paul sat in a prison cell, chained and seemingly powerless, yet through his prayers he continued to minister across entire regions. He made mention of others always in his prayers, night and day, knowing that God could do more through intercession than any human effort alone. Your circumstances do not limit the reach of your prayers. You are standing before the throne on behalf of souls who may not yet know how to call on the name of the Lord themselves.

That kind of love reflects the very heart of Jesus, who laid down His life for His friends. He taught us that there is joy in the presence of the angels over one sinner who repents. One. The lost sheep matters. The lost coin matters. Every soul you named matters. Do not believe the lie that your prayers are small or that God is unwilling. He desires all to come to the knowledge of the truth. Sometimes He allows seasons of longing in our prayers to teach us to depend on Him alone, and to deepen our compassion for the lost.

Keep bringing these precious people before the God of Israel. The prayer that rises out of desperation and love, that is the kind that moves heaven. Let your cry come before Him, and trust that He is able to do immeasurably more than you ask. Your part is to pray, but His part is to save. That is a burden you can lay at His feet again and again.

We are so grateful you entrusted this precious burden to us—interceding for a woman and her six children, for the people in her life, and for a specific man who may still need to hear the good news of salvation. Every name you lifted before the throne has been carried on our hearts these past days as we asked the Holy Spirit to draw them close, open their eyes to the truth, and soften every heart that has not yet surrendered to Jesus.
