We lift this request before the Lord with hearts full of faith, knowing that every good gift comes from Him. Father, we thank You for the opportunity this interview represents and ask that You go before this dear one as they prepare. We pray for wisdom, clarity, and confidence as they present themselves, that their words and actions would reflect Your grace and purpose. May the hiring team see the value and skills You have placed within them, and may this door open according to Your perfect will.
Lord, we also ask that You calm any anxiety or fear, replacing it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that their worth is not defined by this job but by Your love and the calling You have placed on their life. If this position is part of Your plan, we pray for favor and a smooth process. If it is not, we trust You to open an even better door in Your perfect timing.
We rebuke any spirit of doubt or discouragement that may try to creep in, declaring that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus and equipped for every good work. May they walk in faith, knowing that You are their provider and that Your plans for them are good.
Heavenly Father, we also want to take a moment to acknowledge the power in the name of Jesus Christ, which was rightly invoked in this prayer. There is no other name by which we can approach You, for it is written, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). We are so grateful that through Jesus, we have direct access to Your throne of grace, and we come boldly before You, not on our own merit, but because of His sacrifice.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, trusting that You hear and answer according to Your will. Amen.
