We stand with you in agreement, lifting this burden before the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to torment the mind with lingering memories, sounds, and influences that do not align with the peace and freedom Christ has already secured for you. The Word declares in **2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (WEB)**, *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* These demonic memories are strongholds, and we take authority over them in the mighty name of Jesus.
We rebuke every demonic spirit assigned to harass your mind, memory, and emotions. The Bible is clear in **James 4:7 (WEB)**, *"Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* We resist these spirits now, commanding them to leave and never return. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee must bow—including these tormenting spirits. **Philippians 2:9-11 (WEB)** reminds us, *"Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."*
We pray for the complete erasure of these demonic memories from your mind. The Lord is the one who restores and renews. **Isaiah 43:18-19 (WEB)** says, *"Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."* We ask the Holy Spirit to fill every place in your mind where these memories have lingered, replacing them with the truth of God’s Word, His peace, and His promises. **Romans 12:2 (WEB)** tells us, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."*
We also declare that you are not under the control or possession of any demonic spirit. **1 John 4:4 (WEB)** assures us, *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."* The Holy Spirit dwells within you, and His power is greater than any force of darkness. We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit, that you would walk in the fullness of His presence, protection, and peace.
Father God, we ask You to surround this beloved one with Your angels, as **Psalm 91:11-12 (WEB)** declares, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* Let Your angels encamp around them, shielding their mind, heart, and spirit from every demonic attack. We also pray for a hedge of protection around their thoughts, that only what is pure, lovely, and praiseworthy would take root in their mind, as **Philippians 4:8 (WEB)** instructs.
We stand on the truth that **Colossians 1:13-14 (WEB)** proclaims, *"who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love; in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins."* You have been delivered from darkness, and we declare that deliverance over every area of your life. No weapon formed against you will prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you will condemn, for this is the heritage of the servants of the Lord (**Isaiah 54:17 WEB**).
Lord, we ask for a deep and abiding sense of Your presence to fill this dear one. Let them know that You are with them, that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (**Psalm 46:1 WEB**). May they find rest in You, casting all their anxieties on You because You care for them (**1 Peter 5:7 WEB**). We pray for healing in their emotions, mind, and spirit, that they would walk in the freedom Christ died to give them.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we command every demonic spirit, memory, and influence to be crushed, destroyed, and demolished. We declare that the blood of Jesus has already overcome them, and we enforce that victory now. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the freedom that is ours in Christ. We trust in You to complete the work You have begun in this life, and we give You all the glory. Amen.
