We join with you in lifting up your backyard poultry to the Lord, asking for His divine protection and health over them. The Bible tells us in Psalm 91:9-10, "Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling." We stand on this promise, believing that God is able to keep your flock free from disease and harm.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You would place a hedge of protection around this flock, guarding them from all forms of sickness, including salmonella. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We pray that You would strengthen their immune systems and keep them in perfect health.
We also ask that You would give wisdom and discernment to their caretaker, that they may follow the best practices for maintaining a healthy environment for these birds. Guide them in proper sanitation, nutrition, and care, so that this flock may thrive under Your watchful eye.
In the name of Jesus, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or disease that may seek to afflict these creatures. We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, as it is written in Isaiah 54:17.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through the health and well-being of this backyard poultry. Amen.
