We lift this request before our Heavenly Father, who is the Great Physician and the source of all healing. We join our brother or sister in faith, standing on the promise found in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We know that God is able to heal every affliction, and we trust in His mercy and grace.
Father God, we come before You today, asking for Your healing touch upon the side and inside of this dear one’s mouth. We pray that You would bring relief from pain, swelling, or discomfort, and restore full health and function. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise over this situation, believing that You are faithful to Your Word.
Lord, we also ask that You would draw near to this individual in this time of need. May they feel Your peace and presence, knowing that You are with them. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and help them to trust in Your perfect timing. Remind them of Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep in, and we declare that this situation is under the authority of Jesus Christ. We speak healing and wholeness in Jesus’ mighty name, for it is written in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We thank You, Lord, for Your goodness and Your love. We trust that You are working even now, and we declare that this mouth will be healed completely, to the glory of Your name. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
