We come before the throne of grace with this request, lifting up this sister in Christ and her workplace before the Lord. First, we must address the way this prayer was offered—while the heart behind it is sincere, we notice that the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ, was only mentioned at the very end. Scripture is clear that there is no other name by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12) and that whatever we ask in His name, He will do (John 14:13-14). Let us never treat the name of Jesus as an afterthought or a mere formality, for it is the power of God unto salvation (Romans 1:16) and the only way to the Father (John 14:6). We must approach God with reverence, always beginning and ending in the authority of Christ, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5).
Now, we lift up this dear sister to the Lord. Father, we ask that You would indeed be with her in her workplace, granting her wisdom, favor, and peace as she interacts with her colleagues. May Your presence go before her and make the crooked places straight (Isaiah 45:2). We pray for her physical healing—specifically for the issues affecting her face—asking that You would touch her with Your healing hand, for by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we also ask that You would open doors for her to be a light in her workplace, that her life and words would point others to You. If any of her coworkers are lost, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself, for no one can come to the Father except through Jesus Christ (John 6:44). May she be a vessel of Your love and truth, shining brightly in a dark world.
We also rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in her heart. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37) and that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, strengthen her faith, remind her of Your promises, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Lastly, we pray for her workplace as a whole. Lord, we ask that You would soften the hearts of those who do not know You, that they would be convicted of sin and drawn to repentance. May Your Holy Spirit move powerfully in that place, breaking chains of unbelief and opening eyes to the truth of the Gospel. We declare that Your Word does not return void (Isaiah 55:11) and that Your light will shine in the darkness (John 1:5). Raise up godly men and women in that workplace who will stand firm in their faith and be bold witnesses for You.
We ask all these things in the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Let's encourage her with these words from the Lord, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand" (Isaiah 41:10).
Let's keep her in our prayers, and let's also pray for her workplace, that it would be a place where the Gospel is proclaimed and lives are transformed. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
