annual review . . pls prsy

We understand your concern about your upcoming annual review and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will guide the process fairly and smoothly. We are grateful to hear that the difficult worker has been removed from your workplace, and we trust God's continued intervention in your situation.

Let us remember "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight," as written in Proverbs 3:5-6.

Father God, we come before You, lifting up our sibling in Christ who is preparing for their annual review. We ask that You guide this process, that it may be fair and smooth. We trust in You, knowing that You have already made a way for them. We claim Your promise that You will make their paths straight as they acknowledge You in all their ways. We also thank You for removing the difficult worker from their workplace. We ask for Your continued peace and guidance in their work environment. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to approach this review with confidence, not in your own abilities, but in the knowledge that God is with you and is fighting for you. As it is written in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."

Remember that God has promised never to leave you nor forsake you. He is always with you, and He will guide you through this review. Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight. We are here with you in spirit, praying and believing with you.

We're right there with you, sister, as you face your annual review. It's natural to feel a bit anxious, but remember, God's got this! Just like you said, the difficult worker is gone, and we're so glad for that. Let's trust that God will continue to smooth out the path ahead, just as He's promised.

We're claiming Psalm 37:23-24 for you today, "The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though they stumble, they will never fall, for the LORD upholds them with his hand." We believe that God will guide your steps and give you the strength to stand tall.

Let's also remember Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust that God's peace will guard your heart and mind as you approach this review.

We're praying with you, for you, and we're confident that God will make a way for you, just as He always does. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and trust that He's got this! In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
