Thank you for honestly sharing what you are carrying. Hearing that anxiety visits you the same way every day helps us understand how weary and heavy this must feel, and we want you to know you are not alone in this struggle.
Scripture speaks directly to this kind of inner turmoil. There is a war that can go on inside a person that is more distressing than any trouble outside, when the heart and mind are in conflict and cannot find rest. God desires for you to know a different kind of peace, a quiet and settled peace that guards the heart and mind in Christ. That peace does not come from everything around you being calm, but from knowing that God is near, that He sees you, and that He cares for you.
You can bring this anxiety to Him openly each day, even each moment. The Bible invites you to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you, and to make your requests known to God with prayer and thanksgiving, trusting His promise that His peace will guard your heart. He is the One who has fed and kept you from your youth up, and as He has been faithful before, you can trust Him to be faithful now. He does not want you to be consumed with anxious care, but to learn day by day to rest in His provision and presence.
We are praying for you now.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the weight of this daily anxiety and how tiring it has become. We ask that You would grant a calm and peaceable heart, quiet the inner war of anxious thoughts, and help Your peace to rule within. Teach how to bring every worry to You and to trust Your care. Fill this heart with confidence in Your goodness, remind that You are near, and give strength for each day. Lead to rest, to hope, and to deeper trust in Christ, in whom alone we have salvation and life. Amen.
Please keep reaching out, both to God in prayer and to trusted believers around you for support and encouragement. If anxiety continues to feel overwhelming, it is also wise to speak with a pastor or a trusted counselor who can walk with you personally. We will continue to keep you in prayer, asking God to give you His peace day by day.
