Good and Faithful Servant
And Jesus is also another factor that makes me want to leave this religion because of unsuitability and write in the bible care of the foreigners, and the country that I am living in cared for the foreigners however oppress and suppress jobs for locals by making us the tail and not the head.

We hear your deep frustration and pain, and we want to address this with truth, love, and the wisdom of Scripture. First, let us affirm that your struggles, feeling overlooked, marginalized, or oppressed in your own land, are real and valid. The Bible does not shy away from acknowledging the suffering of God’s people, nor does it ignore the injustices of this world. However, we must carefully examine the claims you’ve made, especially concerning Jesus and His Word, to ensure our hearts and minds are aligned with God’s truth.

You mention that Jesus is a factor making you want to leave "this religion," and you reference the Bible’s care for foreigners. Let us look at what Scripture actually says about this. In Leviticus 19:33-34 (WEB), the Lord commands His people: "If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God." This passage, and others like it, show God’s heart for the foreigner, not because He values them above His own people, but because He calls His people to reflect His character of justice, mercy, and love. The command to care for the foreigner is not a license for nations to prioritize outsiders over their own citizens; rather, it is a call to balance justice with compassion, ensuring that no one is oppressed, whether native or foreigner.

The issue you describe, where a nation’s policies may favor foreigners to the detriment of its own people, is indeed a serious one. Scripture warns against partiality and injustice in all forms. Proverbs 28:21 (WEB) says, "To show partiality is not good; yet a man will do wrong for a piece of bread." When leaders or systems favor one group over another, it breeds resentment, division, and suffering. We must pray for wisdom for those in authority, that they would govern with righteousness and fairness (1 Timothy 2:1-2). However, let us be clear: the solution to injustice is not to reject Jesus or His Word, but to seek His justice and righteousness more fervently.

You also express frustration with Jesus Himself, describing Him as "unsuitable." This is a heavy accusation, and we must ask: What do you find unsuitable about Him? Is it His teachings on love, forgiveness, and humility? Is it His call to deny ourselves and take up our cross (Luke 9:23)? Or is it the way His followers have failed to live out His commands, leaving you disillusioned? If it is the latter, we acknowledge that the church has often fallen short of reflecting Christ’s love and justice. But let us not confuse the failures of people with the perfection of Jesus. He is the only One who has never failed, who laid down His life for us while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8). To reject Him because of the sins of others is to cut ourselves off from the very source of hope, healing, and true justice.

Scripture is clear that there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is not just a factor in our faith; He is the foundation. Without Him, we have no access to God, no forgiveness of sins, and no eternal hope. If you are feeling drawn away from Him, we urge you to examine your heart and ask: Is this truly about Jesus, or is it about the pain and frustration you feel in this world? Jesus Himself warned that following Him would not be easy (John 16:33), but He also promised that His yoke is light and His burden is easy (Matthew 11:30). The world’s systems will always be broken, but in Christ, we find a kingdom that is unshakable (Hebrews 12:28).

Let us also address the idea of leaving "this religion." Christianity is not merely a religion; it is a relationship with the living God through Jesus Christ. Religion can be man-made, but a relationship with Jesus is transformative. If you feel that what you’ve experienced is empty religion, we grieve with you. True Christianity is not about rituals or rules, but about a heart surrendered to Christ. It is about loving God and loving others as ourselves (Matthew 22:37-39). If the church has failed you, we repent on behalf of those who have not lived out the gospel. But do not let the failures of people keep you from the perfect love of Christ.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling the weight of injustice, frustration, and perhaps even anger toward You. Lord, we ask that You would meet them in this place of pain. Reveal Yourself to them in a fresh and powerful way, so that they may see You not as a distant or unsuitable Savior, but as the One who understands their suffering and offers true hope.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for them. Help them to see where their pain is coming from, whether it is the brokenness of this world, the failures of Your people, or perhaps a misunderstanding of Your Word. Soften their heart to receive Your truth, and give them the courage to bring their doubts and questions to You. Remind them that You are not afraid of their honesty, and that You can handle their anger, their confusion, and their pain.

Lord, we also pray for the nation where they live. Raise up leaders who will govern with righteousness and justice, who will care for the foreigner without oppressing the native-born. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in their land, as it is in heaven. Heal the divisions that have caused so much hurt, and let Your people be a light in the darkness.

Most of all, Father, we pray that they would encounter Jesus in a personal and life-changing way. Let them see Him as the One who came not to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many (Mark 10:45). Let them experience Your love in a way that overwhelms their pain and draws them closer to You. Help them to lay down their burdens at the foot of the cross and to find rest in You.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved. Amen.

In closing, we want to encourage you to press into Jesus, even in your frustration. Bring your questions, your doubts, and your pain to Him. He is big enough to handle them all. If you feel that the church has failed you, seek out a community of believers who are truly living out the gospel, who love God and love others with authenticity and humility. And remember, the injustices of this world are temporary, but the hope we have in Christ is eternal. Do not let the brokenness of this life drive you away from the One who offers true healing and redemption.

Just wondering, what makes you believe jesus is responsible for the opression/supression or the unsuitability?

We hear how deeply this weighs on you. When the place you call home feels like it’s working against you, when it seems like others get the welcome while you get passed over, that’s not a small frustration. It rubs raw against a very human need to be seen, to belong, and to have a fair chance. And when you’re carrying that weight and then read about God caring for the foreigner, it’s easy to wonder: Does He see me too?

That question doesn’t make you unfaithful. It makes you honest. Many of us have sat with similar tensions, and we’re sitting with you in it now.

What stands out to us is not a lack of faith, but a cry for justice. You want things to be right. That desire is good, even as it hurts. Jesus Himself called out leaders who loaded burdens on people without lifting a finger to help. He didn’t care for the foreigner at the expense of the local, He never pits His children against each other. If your country’s systems are doing that, the failure is in the systems and the people running them, not in His character. He sees each person, and He sees you.

We don’t have a quick fix for a job market that feels rigged, but we can stand with you in prayer, asking God to open doors no bureaucrat can shut and to guard your heart from bitterness. Bitterness is a heavy load to carry, and you deserve better.

Let’s pray together, Lord Jesus, you know what it is to be overlooked and rejected. Meet our friend in that ache. Provide work that honors their dignity and skills. Shield them from despair, and give them a stubborn hope that cannot be crushed. Amen.

The trial that presses you sore is not that Jesus Christ is unsuitable, but that your faith is too little to rest in Him when His providence seems against you. The just shall live by faith, faith as much in the summer weather as in the winter cold. Summer weather faith is poor stuff, but a faith which burns on through the long, dark, dreary winter, this is faith, indeed, and glorifies God. When you cry out that the nation makes you the tail and not the head, faith does not look to men or to their policies; faith finds everything in God. Faith laughs at every tribulation, from whatever source it may come. It is only want of faith that makes this world such a place of sorrow to God’s people.

You speak of the Bible’s care for foreigners, and you see oppression. Yet these fiery darts of the wicked, whether from men or governments, must be met with the shield of faith. Faith can quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. It matters not who the enemy may be, let the earth be all in arms abroad, this faith can overcome. The faith that saves is not a faith that simply believes a creed, nor does it depend on the justice of rulers. Rahab’s faith was a sanctifying faith, a self-denying faith that believed the unlikely word. True faith exclaims, “The thing is unlikely, yet I believe it.” This is real faith. The least faith in Jesus is the gift of God, precious though it be little, and it obeys the precept even when the way is dark.

You are ready to leave because you will not drop yourself into the arms of Christ when those arms seem hidden by the mists of injustice. Faith is the dropping down into the man’s arms, that is the proof of faith, the real pith and essence of it. If your faith has allowed you to think that following Christ guarantees earthly advantage, then you have been living by your works or your expectations, not by faith. The just shall live by faith and not by these things apart from faith. On the shield of our faith we catch his arrows, and by the sword of our faith we smite temptation to the very heart. There is no trial that can assail a believer but faith can supply an antidote. Ask for more faith. Oh, that we could believe God up to the fullest possible measure of faith and never doubt Him again. According to your faith so be it unto you. Drop down into Christ’s arms now, He who gave you faith at the first must give you more.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Faith requires a generous and vigorous soul, one rising above all things of sense and passing beyond the weakness of human reasonings. For it is not possible to become a believer otherwise than by raising oneself above the common customs of the world. You look upon the conditions in your land and you measure the power of God by human calculations, and so your faith is shaken. Yet the righteousness which is of faith speaks on this wise: Say not in your heart, Who shall ascend into heaven or who shall descend into the deep? The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that is, the word of faith which we preach. That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.

You see an inversion in your nation, and you cry out that you have been made the tail and not the head. Truly, according to Paul’s law, there is an order that sin has reversed, so that the body has come to be above and the head beneath. This is a grievous disorder, a fruit of sin in the world, not a command of Christ. But you charge the Lord's teaching with it. Let us see what manner of wisdom He requires. He says to be as the serpent, which gives up everything and will not defend even its body so that it may save its head. In like manner, give up everything but the faith. Though goods, body, life itself must be yielded. For faith is the head and the root; if that be preserved, though you lose all, you will recover all with so much more splendor.

You speak of care for foreigners and oppression against locals. Hear then the word of the prophet: Christ is not willing to be fed by covetousness. Why do you insult your Lord, offering Him unclean things? For tell me, if you saw two persons, one naked and one having a garment, and then stripped the one that had the garment to clothe the naked, would you not have committed an injustice? When you give not even a small portion of what you rob, and call the deed alms, what manner of punishment will you not undergo? This is not the mercy Scripture commands, but a theft that heaps fire upon the head. Yet do not therefore despise the righteous command itself, nor charge the Master with the crimes of the servants. The Lord is not the author of oppression; men who disobey Him are.

So when you see the promises of God seem to be contradicted by the circumstances around you, be not disturbed. Consider Abraham, who heard the opposite of the promises from Him who had made them, and yet he accounted that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead. By the same faith by which he believed that God gives life to the dead, he was persuaded. Let your previous faith prepare the way for things to come. Do not suppose that God commands us in despair, as if He had cast away His own faithfulness. This also is truly of faith: not measuring divine power by human reasonings, but committing all to faith.

Wherefore put on the breastplate of faith and love. For as a breastplate is a safe wall to the chest and nothing can soon pierce through it, so surround your soul with faith and love, and none of the fiery darts of the devil can ever be fixed in it. And take for a helmet the hope of salvation. As the helmet guards the head and covers it on every side, so this hope does not suffer your reason to falter, but sets it upright, not permitting anything from without to fall upon it. It is not possible that one who is fortified with such arms should ever fall.

You feel unsuited for this religion, as if Christ Himself were the cause. But it is not Christ who fails you; it is the disorder of the world and the weakness of human calculations that trouble your soul. He heard the impossible and yet performed it. He asks of you a faith that does not see, a trust that does not demand the circumstances to align. Do not say in your heart that He is the obstacle. He is the one who was raised from the dead, and by faith in His resurrection you also were raised. The word is nigh you. Confess Him. And do not measure His power by the present injustice of men, for that is to court despair. Rather, let the very severity of the trial drive you to cling more firmly to the only Head that cannot be crushed, and to trust that God is able, even from such a dead end, to raise up life.
