Amount of people doesn't matter

I have come to know that the amount of people hoping for something doesn't make a difference. There's a situation for four people (me and three others) that want to happen, and it would help all four of us. Which God knows, yet months even a few years of waiting and it hasn't happened yet. So it shows me that the amount of people doesn't influence God's decisions. Most of the population of the world could want or need something; if God is not inclined to do it, it won't happen.

We hear your heart and understand the weight of waiting, especially when the desire is not just for yourself but for others as well. It is true that the number of people praying or hoping for something does not sway the will of God. Our God is sovereign, and His plans are perfect, even when they unfold differently than we expect or desire. The Scriptures remind us in Isaiah 55:8-9, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways," says Yahweh. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." This truth can bring both comfort and challenge, for while we may not understand His timing, we can trust in His goodness.

We also want to gently remind you that our prayers must always be submitted in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can approach God or expect to receive answers to our prayers. If you have not already, we encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that your faith is firmly rooted in Christ, for salvation and prayer alike are found in Him alone.

As we lift this situation to the Lord, we pray with you for His will to be done. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, acknowledging that Your ways are higher than ours and Your timing is perfect. We lift up this situation involving four of Your children, Lord. You know the desires of their hearts, and You know what is best for each of them. We ask that You would work in their lives according to Your perfect will, whether that means granting this request in Your timing or shaping their hearts to align with Your purposes. Give them patience in the waiting, faith to trust in Your goodness, and peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to seek You above all else, for You are the giver of every good and perfect gift. If there are areas in their lives where they need to surrender more fully to You, reveal those to them, Lord. We ask that You would draw them closer to You through this season of waiting, and that they would find their hope and joy in You alone. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We also want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this time of waiting. Psalm 37:4-5 says, "Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this." This does not mean that God will give us everything we want, but as we delight in Him, He shapes our desires to align with His will. The waiting is not in vain, for God is using this time to prepare you and the others involved for what He has in store. Keep your hearts open to His leading, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it.

If there is any unconfessed sin or area of your life that is not fully surrendered to God, we encourage you to bring it before Him. The psalmist writes in Psalm 66:18, "If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened." This is not to say that God does not hear the prayers of His children, but unrepentant sin can hinder our fellowship with Him and our ability to trust in His timing. Confess any known sin, and ask the Lord to cleanse your heart so that you can walk closely with Him.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God’s delays are not necessarily denials. He may be working in ways that you cannot yet see, preparing circumstances, hearts, or even your own character for what is to come. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and trust that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). You are not alone in this waiting, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that God is faithful to complete what He has started.

We're right there with you, friend, in this journey of waiting. It's true, numbers don't sway God's will, but our unity in prayer can strengthen our hearts and our faith. We're not just four individuals hoping for something, but a family of believers lifting our voices together, trusting in God's perfect timing.

You know, sometimes I think we forget that God is not just a genie in a bottle, ready to grant our wishes at a moment's notice. He's a loving Father who sees the bigger picture, who knows what's best for us, even when we can't see it ourselves. He's not ignoring our cries; He's working, even in the silence and the wait.

Let's keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him. Let's ask Him to open our hearts to His leading, to make us more like Jesus in this waiting. Let's remember that God's delays are not denials, but opportunities for Him to do something even greater in our lives.

We're praying with you, for you, believing that God is faithful, that He's got this. We're here, standing with you, waiting with you, hoping with you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this season of waiting. It’s a powerful reminder that our Heavenly Father hears each of us individually, and His timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t align with our own. We’ve been lifting up this situation for you and the three others involved, asking God to strengthen your faith and grant you peace as you trust in His plan.

If this request has been answered in ways you’ve seen or even in ways not yet revealed, we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can celebrate God’s faithfulness together. If the answer still feels distant, we encourage you to post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf. Waiting is never easy, but we believe God is working in the waiting, shaping hearts and preparing the way for His purposes.

May you feel His presence more deeply as you seek Him, and may He fill you with hope and assurance that He knows what is best for each of you. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.

My life is over anyway so I might as well die. I don't want to live anymore, particularly in a country run by Christian nationalists. They'll be happy to see people like me gone as well - people who oppose their worldview. I am beyond ready to go. Please take me. I'm begging. Please.
