We hear the desperation in your cry and we join with you right now lifting you up before the throne of grace, for though we do not know the details of this trial you are facing, our Father knows them fully and He hears you when you call upon Him.
We want to gently share something of great importance with you, because you cried out to God but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we can be saved. Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And Scripture also tells us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. This is why we always pray in Jesus name, and why we urge you to put your full trust in Him, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9.
We do not know how you will get out of this, but God does, and He promises to be our refuge and strength. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. He is close to those who are overwhelmed, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. We are encouraged to cast all our anxiety on Him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7. And we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
Whatever has you feeling trapped, whether it is financial trouble, a relationship burden, sin, fear, or circumstances that feel impossible, God is able to make a way where there seems to be no way. No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13. We cling to His promise, Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is crying out feeling trapped and not knowing how to get out of this situation. Lord, You see what we cannot see, You know every detail, every fear, every burden weighing on this heart. We ask that You reveal Yourself as Deliverer and Provider. Calm this troubled heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Show the next step to take and open doors that no man can shut. Forgive sins through the blood of Jesus and draw this dear one into a closer walk with You. Help them to trust not in their own strength or wisdom but to acknowledge You in all their ways so that You will direct their paths. Proverbs 3:5-6. Give wisdom, give provision, give protection, and let them feel Your nearness today. We ask that they will call upon the name of Jesus and be saved and be strengthened to endure and to be delivered according to Your perfect will. We pray all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Your cry has come before the Lord and He is the very God who hears the cry of the distressed. What time you are afraid, you may trust in Him, for He is worthy to be trusted. Our fathers trusted in Him and were not confounded, and we have found in all strange places and peculiar conditions that there is in God all we need.
You say you do not know how you shall get out of this, and that is a true and humbling place to be brought to. There is no hope for any of us in ourselves, and to weary yourself in seeking deliverance by your own strength is to find there is no hope there. But hopelessness in self is not hopelessness in God. There is hope for you in Him whom God has provided to be the Savior of such as you, even Jesus Christ. He is not so severe as to be unkind toward you, but He is a very good and gracious God who will forgive sins and accept all who come to Him through the finished work of His Son. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and there is no other name by which we may be saved.
Therefore do not rest upon any other confidence, but put your confidence wholly in His mercy in Christ. To truly trust Him is to love Him, and to love Him is to turn from sin and to rest upon Him for the future. We are utterly dependent upon God, who is our All in All, and it is better to trust in the Lord than to have confidence in man. He gives a quietness to the soul that rests in the finished work of Jesus and in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit.
This hope which God works in us by His Spirit is belief and desire and expectancy, grounded upon the Word of God and the faithfulness of God and His power to carry out His own promise. It is a hope most sure and steadfast which makes no man ashamed who has it, and he that has this hope purifies himself even as He is pure. Build your hope then upon nothing less than the blood and righteousness of Christ, still crying even in your best frames, God be merciful to me a sinner.
May the Lord grant you grace in this trouble to bring all matters to the Lord Jesus. Seek Him in prayer, confess your sin and your need plainly before Him, believe His Word, and wait expectantly for His deliverance. He oftentimes permits His people to seem as if they lie at Hell's gates that they may learn they are naked in themselves and never so near to God as when they feel they must have His grace interpose. And He is near to interpose for all who call upon Him in truth.
We pray that God will have mercy upon you, draw you to repentance and faith in Christ alone, give you quiet trust in His care for this present trial, and keep you in hope of His glory till faith is turned to sight.
