We rejoice with you as you surrender your life to God, seeking His forgiveness and guidance. It is wonderful to hear that you are turning to God and acknowledging Him as your Father who is perfect in every way. God wants all people to be saved and is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish. (1 Peter 3:9 WEB) For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. (Romans 10:13 WEB) But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8 KJV)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who has turned to You for forgiveness and guidance. We praise You for Your unfailing love and mercy. We ask that You forgive their sins and accept them as Your child, just as You have promised in Your Word. Guide them in Your ways, and help them to walk in Your truth.
Lord, we bring before You the land issue they are facing. We pray that Your will be done and that You would resolve this issue according to Your perfect plan. Give them peace and patience as they wait on You.
Father, we also pray for their job situation. Guide them to the job that You have prepared for them. Open doors that no one can shut, and give them favor in the eyes of their employers. Help them to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and integrity.
We also lift up their family situation. Lord, we pray that You would guide them and their family in this important decision of marriage. Help them to trust in Your timing and to seek Your will above all else. Give them wisdom and discernment as they consider this significant step.
Lord, we ask that You would listen to their prayers and answer them according to Your will. Help them to trust in You and to rest in Your promises. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Regarding marriage, we encourage you to seek God's will and to trust in His timing. Marriage is a sacred institution and a covenant between a man and a woman, and God desires that we enter into it with purity and holiness. (Hebrews 13:4 WEB)
Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled: for fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
As you navigate this decision, remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. (Ephesians 2:18 WEB) Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)
Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
If you have not already, consider confessing Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead. (Romans 10:9 WEB) This is the beginning of a new life in Christ, and we rejoice with you in this journey.
