Allergy and cigarette smoke from neighbor

No harrassement with noise or cigarette smoke from my neighbours. Many of my neighbours smoke.
Please pray that all my neighbours will be delivered from cigarettes, weed and any other addiction. Daily harassment with smokes must stop now, my windows are already damaged from non-stop closing and opening. It is a distraction also when I pray and sometimes it also wakes me up.

Please pray that I will have clean air to breathe. It is hot and I always have open windows in the summer. Bad smell of cigarettes from next door neighbors/or other burning smoke and smell of urine (cat of neighbors often urinates on the balcony obviously).
