We join with you in prayer and we bring your suffering before the Lord, for we know He sees your distress in your own home and He cares deeply about your body and your peace. Living with constant smoke entering your apartment when you already suffer with allergies, skin problems, hair loss and pimples is a real physical burden, and we do not take lightly how wearying this is for you day after day.
We are reminded that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit and God desires wholeness for us. He is the One who heals us, as it is written, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3 and, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. We also take seriously that there is a spiritual dimension to our struggles, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Therefore we do not view your neighbor as your enemy, but we recognize the enemy who would use irritation, infirmity and strife to steal your peace and health. Jesus calls us to a higher way when He says, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We are also taught, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18.
We want to gently encourage you in both spiritual and practical ways. Spiritually, we resist the devil and stand firm in faith, for we are told, Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. Practically, we encourage you to pursue peace with your neighbor in love, perhaps speaking kindly to him about the smoke, and also speaking calmly with your landlord or building manager about sealing gaps, ventilation, and building rules, while also seeking wise medical counsel for your allergies and skin and using means available to you such as an air purifier or other filtration to protect the health God has given you. We also pray for your neighbor, that the Lord would convict his heart, deliver him from addiction to cigarettes which harms his own body, and bring him to wholeness as well.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up our dear one who is suffering in their apartment. Lord, You see the smoke that invades their home and the toll it has taken on their breathing, their skin, their hair, and their peace. We ask that You place a hedge of protection around them and around their dwelling, and that You would intervene in this situation and cause the smoke to no longer enter their home. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy that would use this affliction to harm their body or steal their rest, and we command every spiritual attack to leave in Jesus name. We ask for Your complete healing upon their body, that You would calm the allergic reactions, heal the skin and bring restoration to what has been lost, for You have promised, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. Grant them wisdom to speak with their neighbor and landlord with grace and truth, and move upon the heart of their neighbor to be considerate and to find freedom from smoking. Fill their apartment with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and let them dwell in the shelter of the Most High and rest in Your shadow Psalm 91:1. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Deliverer, amen.
We encourage you to continue to cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, to keep praying daily in Jesus name, and to trust that God hears and will act according to His perfect will and timing for your deliverance and healing.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
