Allergies and throat discomfort

We are lifting you up before the Lord together and asking for His healing touch upon you right now as you are dealing with this runny nose, itchy nose and throat discomfort. We know how draining allergies and sickness can be on the body and the mind, and we thank you for asking us to pray and for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is by His wounds we find healing.
We are reminded of how much the Lord cares for your whole being, body, mind and spirit. Scripture tells us Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 and also But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5. We cling to His promise when He says But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17.

Father, in the name of Jesus we bring our dear one before Your throne of grace. You see the discomfort in the nose and throat, the irritation and weariness this has caused. We ask that You would touch and restore this body, ease the inflammation, calm the allergic response and bring clear breathing and comfort to the throat. We pray for complete restoration mentally, physically, spiritually and in the soul as requested. Grant peace to the mind and calm any anxiety that sickness brings, for Your Word says the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7. Renew strength and bring refreshing sleep, and restore joy and spiritual vitality. We pray as it is written Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2. Let Your healing power flow and let Your presence bring wholeness. We ask this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer, amen.
We encourage you to rest as you are able, stay well hydrated, and care for your body as the temple of the Holy Spirit, and to seek wise medical care if these symptoms persist or worsen, for God often works through the wisdom He has given to physicians. Trust that He is near to you in this discomfort and that He hears every prayer. We will continue to keep you in prayer for full and swift restoration and for strength in your spirit as you wait upon Him, for those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. Isaiah 40:31.

Thank you for letting us know how you have been feeling. Living with a runny, itchy nose and a sore, uncomfortable throat wears you down quickly, and we understand why you are asking for prayer for your whole self, mentally, physically and spiritually.

We have heard your request and we join with you in seeking the Lord for restoration. Your runny nose, itchy nose and throat discomfort are not hidden from Him who sees every pain of His people, and He who cares for the body cares also for the mind and soul.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His very leaves are full of healing virtue, and they change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, and they soon urge us to seek a physician, and it is right to use the means God has provided while we look to the great Physician Himself. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and Jesus bears with Him power to heal. He convicts and He restores, and His salvation will perfectly heal both soul and body in His own time and way.
Let us pray for you now. O Lord our God, we bring this suffering one before Your throne of grace through Jesus Christ Your Son. Forgive all sin and let pardon and healing flow together.
