GOD'S INSTRUCTIONS
Old Testament Prophet Instructions:
Therefore thou shalt speak ALL these words unto them; but they will not hearken to thee: thou shalt also call unto them; but they will not answer thee. [Jeremiah 7:27 (KJV)]
He said to me, “Son of man, watch and listen. Pay close attention to everything I show you. You have been brought here so I can show you many things. Then you will return to the people of Israel and tell them everything you have seen.” [Ezekiel 40:4 (NLT)]
New Testament Prophet Instructions:
¹⁶"Now get to your feet! For I have appeared to you to appoint you as my servant and witness. Tell people that you have seen me, and tell them what I will show you in the future ¹⁷And I will rescue you from both your own people and the Gentiles. Yes, I am sending you to the Gentiles ¹⁸to open their eyes, so they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God. Then they will receive forgiveness for their sins and be given a place among God’s people, who are set apart by faith in me." [Acts 26:16-18 (NLT)]
Moreover,
You must give them my messages whether they listen or not. But they won’t listen, for they are completely rebellious! [Ezekiel 2:7 (NLT)]

MAN'S INSTRUCTIONS
⁸Now go and write down these words. Write them in a book. They will stand until the end of time as a witness ⁹that these people are stubborn rebels who refuse to pay attention to the LORD’s instructions. ¹⁰They tell the seers, “Stop seeing visions!” They tell the prophets, “Don’t tell us what is right. Tell us nice things. Tell us lies. ¹¹Forget all this gloom. Get off your narrow path. Stop telling us about your ‘Holy One of Israel.'" [Isaiah 30:8-11 (NLT)]
There is no tinkling cymbal where there's manifestation.

Observance: One of the most incredible dynamics that I gave witnessed is that while this city has gotten nothing for it in four years, she remains faithful to empty rituals. Howbeit, after having served a few meals (with her back turned) she was quick to give up on God. "So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up." [Galatians 6:9 (NLT)]
