Dear Heavenly Father,
I ask that you will forgive us of all our sins. I come into agreement with this person that she will be able to overcome alcoholism and depression. I ask Father that you will take away all cravings, guilt, loneliness, sadness, turmoil and anything that is associated with this disease. I ask Father that you will bring people into her life that can help her. I ask that you fill her life with peace and joy. In Jesus name Amen

God guide and direct where this individual can get help and support. Provide deliverance from overcoming his addictions. Show him/her where to seek help to overcome depression. Let him/her know that he/she is not alone. Put your Holy Spirit in his/her heart. In Jesus Name Amen!
