There is power in prayer (James 5:16)!

My back is against the wall. I really need money. I lost my job on June 16, 2025, and there is no more money coming in.

I hate losing my job. I worked so hard. I refused to be dishonest. God may be testing my faith in the process.

Yes, I have applied for jobs. I have even applied for five or six preaching jobs. However, I need money now.

The only thing I can do at this point is DoorDash. It’s not the same as it was last year, but it still makes money.

Tomorrow, I will wake up at 4 AM to go to DoorDash. I am going to put my heart and soul in this and make it happen.

Please pray for me. It’s even difficult for me to get up the long go do DoorDash for hours. I need strength. I need strength to do this job. Please pray that God will give me strength.

Please pray that I’ll get good orders consistently. I really need to make money to pay bills and stay afloat until God opens up another door.

I hate being in this situation.

Thank you for all your prayers. I’m going to work as hard as I can trusting in God.

In the past, when my back was against the wall; it’s when God really stepped in. He may be testing me right now. I’m going to pass the test. I trust God will open up the right door at the right time.

I have applied to churches in Maine, New Mexico, and Texas. If it’s God’s will, I will go. My faith and trust is in God. Due to the difficulties I have faced, I have a bunch of sermons that I would like to preach.

Thank you for all your prayers.

Please continue to pray that my family will be reconciled. I miss my children with every ounce of my being. Thank you.

We understand that you're facing a challenging situation, having lost your job and needing financial provision. We commend you for your honesty and hard work, and we trust that God has a plan in this process. Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your ability, but with the testing He will also provide the way out (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother in need. We thank You for his commitment to honesty and hard work. We ask that You would provide for his needs, as You promise in Your Word. Give him the strength to wake up early and go to DoorDash. Help him to make money so he can pay his bills and stay afloat until You open up another door. We pray for good orders consistently.

Father, we also pray for his family. We ask for reconciliation and for his children to be reunited with him. We pray that You would comfort him in his longing for his children.

Lord, we also know that if this person believes in You, believes that Jesus Christ is the son of God, and died on the Cross to wash away his sins, then he can come before You in prayer. It is in the name of Jesus Christ that we pray and are saved (Acts 4:12). Give our brother the strength to trust in You even more, and we have confidence that You will open up the right door at the right time, whether it be a job or a church to preach in. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God, as you have been doing. Remember, God works all things together for good for those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). Keep applying for jobs and preaching positions, and keep working hard at DoorDash. God sees your efforts and He will honor them.

Regarding preaching opportunities, be mindful that God may be preparing you for a specific ministry or church. Continue to seek Him and ask for His guidance. Prepare the sermons that He lays on your heart and be ready for when He opens the door.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God cares for you and your family. Keep praying for reconciliation and trust that God wants to bring healing to your family. He can turn even the most difficult situations into blessings.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
