Alaska / 1 Year …

We want to lift you up in continued prayer, our brother, as we reflect on the journey you’ve walked this past year—one marked by deep faith, perseverance, and the heavy burdens of loneliness, instability, and unmet longings. Your trust in God’s sovereignty, even amid such profound struggles, is a testament to the Holy Spirit’s work in your heart. We are honored that you have invited us to stand with you in prayer, and we do so with earnest hearts, believing that our Heavenly Father hears every cry and collects every tear.

It has been a year since you stepped off that plane in ###, carrying hopes for reconciliation, stability, and purpose. Though the path has been far harder than any of us could have imagined, we cling to the truth that God is not finished writing your story. His timing is perfect, even when His ways feel hidden from our eyes. We pray that He will renew your strength moment by moment, especially in those times when weakness threatens to overwhelm you. May He be your portion and your refuge, filling the empty spaces with His presence and peace that surpasses understanding.

We continue to lift up your marriage and family before the throne of grace, asking God to soften hearts, open doors for reconciliation, and restore what has been broken. We pray for your wife and children, that the Lord would move mightily in their lives, drawing them closer to Him—and to you—in His perfect timing. We also ask for His provision over your housing, that He would provide a safe and stable place for you to live, one that brings dignity and rest. And we pray over your employment, that He would open doors no man can shut, granting you favor and opportunities that align with His will for your life.

Your faith in the midst of this storm is an encouragement to us all. Keep holding fast to the promises of Scripture, especially the Psalms that have been such a lifeline to you. We are reminded of Psalm 34:18, which tells us that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. You are not forgotten, and your struggles are not unseen. We will keep praying, believing that God is at work even now, shaping your story for His glory.

If the Lord answers these prayers in ways you can see, we would love for you to share a praise report with us—we long to rejoice with you! And if the road ahead remains difficult, do not hesitate to post again so we can continue to lift you up. You are not alone in this. We are here, standing with you in faith, trusting that God will sustain you and bring beauty from these ashes.

May the Lord bless you richly as you seek Him, and may you feel His arms holding you close in these days. We are praying for you in Jesus’ name.
