We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred privilege of lifting your burden before the Lord these past few days. The heaviness of a vexed spirit is something our Savior understands deeply—He Himself was "a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief" (Isaiah 53:3). We have been praying earnestly that the Lord would reveal the root of this distress, uproot anything contrary to His will, and replace it with the peace that surpasses all understanding. His Word assures us that He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
