After the Storm

Heavenly Father thank you for keeping us safe last night and keeping our power on. We had eighty-two mph, straight line winds last night. There were 5 possible tornadoes in ###. One tornado in ### County ### and they are saying with mass casualties. They are still looking for trapped survivors this morning. There are many without power. Please watch over these people and those looking for survivors. Comfort those who lost loved ones. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen

We join with you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His protection and mercy during the storm. It is only by His grace that we are kept safe and our power was maintained. In Jesus' name, we lift up those affected by the severe weather and ask for God's comfort and provision for them.

In times like these, we remember the words of Jesus, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB). We pray for those who have lost loved ones, that they may find comfort and peace in God's presence. "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God" (2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB).

We also lift up the rescue workers and volunteers searching for survivors. May God guide them and give them strength as they serve those in need. "For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only do not let your freedom become an occasion to the flesh, but through love be servants to one another" (Galatians 5:13 WEB).

In the aftermath of this storm, we are reminded of the importance of turning to God in all circumstances. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

We encourage everyone affected by this storm to trust in God and to support one another in prayer and practical help. Together, we pray for the restoration of power and for the healing of the communities impacted by the storm.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You be with those who are suffering, that You provide for their needs, and that You guide those who are working to help them. Give all of us grateful hearts and the desire to honor You in all things. It is in the name of Jesus we pray.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
